Я сделала этот десерт, но вместо лимона использовала лайм, а также обычную муку и обычный сахар. Получилось красиво и интересно на вкус. Если кто-то беспокоится, что будет ощущаться вкус шпината, то его не будет, будет вкус цитрусовый, а шпинат как природный краситель даёт лишь изумрудный цвет. Спасибо за вдохновение и необычный для меня кондитерский эксперимент.
