This place looks great! Love the Bali theme, my origin of birth 😂 Rayong is coming up as a great choice for a future home. Or just for a holiday. A bit away from Pattaya`s daily stress, but close enough for regular visits, and to fully enjoy both places. I love that! Thanks Jason, you two are doing a great job 🤗

I would contemplate on living in Rayong because it has few farangs and is not full of tourists.

Very comfortable accomodations Jason & Rachael . Laem Mai Phim is my favourite Eastern Seaboard mainland destination. From a purely selfish point of view i'm glad the mostly Scandinavians in the know have kept tight lipped over the last 20+ years & this region remains unspoilt

It's a good beach I go there often don't tell anyone. It's like Jomtien beach used to be years ago. Theres a market diwn the end a follow the road around around.

Thanks mate, great area. There are buses to Jomtien/Pattaya but not sure about Bangkok, I’m sure there would be. I will ask Rachel in a video we make in January in Rayong. The high speed rail is part of the EEC project 👍

Nice resort. Unfortunately they don't have TV's in every room. The TVs they do have are to small. I like to watch TH-cam in the evening, News, Documentaries, etc.
The kids like something for there age. Definitely need there own TV's, especially as there's not much to do in Rayong.
Lots of green=tons of Mozzies.

Great place for long term investment if they ever get the high speed rail to the Rayong airport

used to have some great weekends at bang chang but that strip is like a ghost town now i always go to the lord nelson along the beach and same there very dead sadly
It’s a great bar strip and much more enjoyable than Pattaya as it is quiet 👍

Just a suggestion! Retirement homes or assisted living homes around or near Pattaya! Could be of inteterest to the aging Farang population! 👍

For that price I am coming to live there with my two dogs...Are dogs allowed on the beach? Most places they are not.
I think you would be able to take your dogs on the beach, plenty of Soi dogs 👍
