I love the statement of being a gatherer. Means a lot to me in perfect timing. I do everything I can to understand, get out of my own way at times, while conscientiously taken stance. The timing along my 2023 destruction to renewal cycling is exquisite as I’m muddied up prepping Salmon enriched beds for the about to be planted Quaking Aspen Grove. From her wealth of seeds, nourishing, protecting, holding awe, her gift to having lived 14 years with the lone mother, now will be carried on though she is severely girdled all up and down her trunk by so many Palliate families supported long before my time. My hope, , my prayers, down in the dirt my own feeder roots increase strength and connections to be sustained. In deepest gratitude. Yakama Nation Forever! May I do right by this 11.77 acres of Brighterside Hide-A-Way until my life is done and it is returned. Onto the knowns and unknowns. Another tide to ride. ❤️🙏❤️
