I watched anime since i was 5. My first anime was cardcaptor sakura. I've rewatched this anime so many times in my life and learned even more about it. It's my favourite anime. I am gonna be 30 years this year. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. And Sakura Kinomotos main catchphrase is "everything will be alright". The show, the lyrics of the songs they all talk about believing that everything will be okay and that worrying about things is not good. It's like they are talking to me indirectly. 🥺. I didn't know the lyrics for groovy and honey were so deep.. I'm studying japanese and i understand more about the context. I feel like cardcaptor Sakura isn't just for kids. It's so wholesome as well. And i relate to sakura as i lost my mom at a young age too. And this was the only anime i got to see with my mom

My anime experience was kinda different i was a big fan of Digimon and DBZ so one day i just searched for “Dragon ball new episodes” cuz you know our tv channels used repeat a signal episode for years. And after searching new episodes I found some other videos about dbz fan theories and basically thats how i got into anime, i still remember it was December 19’ 2016 😆

My first Anime was Dragonball Z, & then Ruroni Kenshin. I started watching when I was like 6 years old or so.. it inspired me to learn Karate & to study Japanese. Kenshin got me deep into History & historical dramas & such. That reminds me to go finish watching "Sengoku Basara" in order to complete my training
