I really like how you always bring puzzle events to my attention I never heard about like the olympics or this tournaments or even the little challenges you can do at home. Thank you!
Oh my, that was some competition! Less time each round and harder images. Interesting take on doing a competition though. I know that I would never get those done in the time specified. The Psychedelic Jungle Sunrise is lovely to look at but doing it at speed! That is the one drawback with puzzle competitions, you can't choose what to do. You may be lucky and get one you like or it will be an aarrgh, noooo one.
You are right. When speed puzzling you need to be ready for anything they throw you're way. So, I guess this competition helped me prepare for that. Thanks for your feedback.
Ohh, I quite like this competition concept! :D I have stumbled upon the Cat And Bunny one on my search for speed puzzling practice puzzles and was like "nope. Just big time no", the fact someone actually picked it for a competition is hardcore! xD And that colorboom one is absolutely stunning but yeah, definitely don't look easy to speed puzzle. Might have to hunt down these puzzles and give them a spin. I'm a fairly decent speed puzzler (got 9th in the Danish Championships last weekend ^.^) but I have a feeling even I will get eliminated in the second round. That's a tough puzzle to speed puzzle!
Very interesting puzzle choices for this competition in Portugal. I think since you did the white animal jigsaw puzzle you can give it a shot at the Ravensburger Silver Krypt puzzle. I dislike doing fur and grass in puzzles. I rather do sky and water.
Wow that’s a tough competition…i like how it got progressively harder…I guess that’s how it should be for an elimination tournament right? I tried my hand at speed puzzling and i like it but i need to get faster, i haven’t broken 90 minutes yet. In the meantime I’ve been enjoying the Puzzle Olympics…it gives me the excuse to do puzzles that people seem to accept…that it’s a competition even though it’s really not…they don’t need to know that 😉😂 I think you did great on tackling those difficult puzzles!
Yes, it was tough. But your right, that is to be expected for an elimination competition. I too am participating in the Summer Puzzle Olymipics. Hope you're having fun with it.
An hour and three minutes for the last puzzle is just... mind-boggling. 😄 Unbelievable achievement!
Yes it is!
I hope the winner goes to worlds to represent her country, just an amazing time
Yes, she has registered for Worlds represensting Portugal

Your're welcome! I enjoy sharing this information.
Wow you did fantastic I think I might of froze just looking at the second one
Thank you.
brrrrrr hard!
My sentiments exactly.
That final one is intimidating in the time frame allowed for sure
I agree.
Love the concept of the elimination rounds! So fun to follow along 🎉
Yes it is.
The second and the third puzzles are very difficult!
I have big admiration for puzzler that can complete such difficult puzzles within 90 minutes!
I too applaude those that can complete those tough ones in 90 minutes.

If you ended up 9th in the Danish Championship, I think you might make it past the second round. Hope you find these puzzles and give them a try.
Your videos are very interesting. Thank you for giving us your opinion and results about the challenge 😁
You're welcome. I liked the challenge.

Not so sure I'm ready for the Krypt puzzles yet but maybe one day I'll try.

@@thepuzzlingcanadian I have never heard of the Summer Puzzle Olympics. What is this about?
@@clarkkent7973 The Puzzle Olympics and Summer Puzzle Olympics are the same thing. The do two a year - one in the Summer and one in the Winter.
