You could tell the trailer didn't have a basement & it makes sense not to have one, but a 740k (starting price) house? It should have one or the listing should specifically say it doesn't have one. It's a scam
@@Szeth-son-Neturoothers can't see that also tho so it's fair. There are some houses in the north that are just barely bigger than the trailer and one story and cos around 200k. If they change anything for Lang they will need to over haul alot of other houses in the city.

@@stringone5355yeah but those houses aren't 740k base starting price those houses just got inflated to those rates cause of other houses being bought, you could just expect a 700k plus house to at least have a basement if anything else, also there is a reason those houses up north are small for the price compared to the southside cause there is no headaches there if not you can buy a southside house for the same price with a decent size for the price deal but it comes with a dank neighborhood to live in with headaches

There is a spiral staircase that goes down through the floor in this house, it almost looks like there was meant to be a basement and the devs forgot to add it

Its a default stair the dev used so that they have a stair when you buy the house, everyhouse have that same stair because before theres nothing in houses and its just a huge pit

LOL this happened to us with a cabin in Harmony. Spot was almost 300k for a SMALL ass cabin with no basement... Only brightside is having a lot of land and no neighbors. Either way there should really be a way to look at whatever house you are about to buy before buying it. At the very least explain the floorplan or square footage. I would be SUPER pissed about 800k and not even a basement in mirror park... Then there are those duplexes in Paleto that are 600k A PIECE. When the property is split in half.. It looks like one house on the picture until you realize the same house is listed twice and is basically an overpriced duplex.. Ocean view or not thats crazy. Real estate in 4.0 still needs some work.

Funny enough, I did have my doubts on this house coz of how there’s two front garage doors and balcony and preferred the blue house next to it but only coz so far all the house they’ve picked have been in sort of blue-ish in aesthetics, so why follow the trend but then It may look the same as this one inside.
