This festival takes place in the county just north of where I live. Trust me, they are absolutely spectacular and while I don't care about flowers the rest of the year, the tulips are awesome!!!
If you can't make to Washington state come to Woodburn Oregon for our large Tulip festival. It may not be as large as WA it's as beautiful, just a bit smaller. Great story CBSSM
First visited the Skagit Valley tulips on my very first trip to Washington 13 years ago. Now we live here! Love seeing our sweet little valley celebrated on a national stage. And a brief cameo of our thriving downtown!
I visited Roozengarde twice this season. I have the most fantastic photos! We bought our tulip and daffodil bulbs there last year. We’re new to Washington… and we’re utterly delighted by the tulips and daffodils blooming in front of our house!
In Carlsbad California, there's a similar filed with flower looking like peony from March to May. I saw colorful tulips at the US botanical garden behind the US Congress, it's everywhere in DC in April. The most spectacular tulip 🌷 were tge 🌷 i saw in front of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul in April
A former client of mine lives in Skagit Valley, and every year he'd tell me about the crowds that come to the tulip festival. In case he sees this: Hi, Leonard. Hope all is well with you.
Beautiful. Initially I thought it was Holland but then when I saw the mountains with snow it threw me off a bit. Nice to know we have beautiful tulip fields we can visit in this country in the Spring. One thing not covered in the story, these tulip fields use MASSIVE amounts of chemicals to propagate the plants. I saw another video a few years ago about the tulip industry in Holland and the harm done to the environment there from all the chemicals leaching into the soil and water. As usual with large monoculture industries, the results are achieved through artificial means.
Spent four hours driving there today. Very disappointing. Didn’t get to see a single tulip. Couldn’t get directions to farms fields or one single tulip. Lot of directions to the festival but no parking crowded beyond belief. But not a tulip one. Drove back south through town saw an I 5 sign and bumper to bumper traffic all the way to I 90. It’s 7:30 we’re finely home and we will never do that again…ever!!!

I live in Skagit County, and though Spring came late this year, the tulips are beautiful.

I’ve been to the one in Keukenhof.
Truly epic.
I went to the annual tulip parade near Keukenhof and also to Keukenhof. I agree. Truly epic experience with lots of awesome pics!
Me too! Like 50 or so years ago. Gorgeous!
Come tiptoe by the windows with glee, come tiptoe through the tulips with me.
I miss Tiny Tim. 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
It looks very beautiful

Born and raised and it's still home! 😁

Can bees make honey from them?
I need to go, just don't have a car to get there.
Trust me, it's well worth the trip, you'll love it.
Remember when we could hitchhike? It was fun
I’d like to know: what chemical (s) specifically are used on these flowers????
They do not need chemicals
My wife likes roses on the piano, but I prefer tulips on the organ.
Oh good grief. 🙄
Keep your day job, mate
Either one are beautiful!
There's only one thing better than roses on your Piano. Tulips on your organ.
Oh good grief. 🙄
There's a super bloom in California this year. I guess they couldn't be bothered to cover it.
