Why are u using the steel spoon in a non stick dish. There are plenty of wooden spoons in the market. Please use plenty of curry patas. Use a bit of Haldi when boiling the dal it will reduce the cooking time and the dal with be nice and soft. Excellent dal, please give us more Memon receipe's.
