USPS is backed up like 3 weeks. When they pick up orders they don't scan it to "save time". So it looks like it never ships. Only way I know this my neighbor owns an online supplement store & told me bout this endless amount of customer service inquires about orders not being shipped. So my guess is you're experiencing the same thing.
