Cool!
Fantastic!!!🎉
Why did they made them canon again? Was it the death threats or the low viewership?
Its been planned for awhile I don't think that had anything to do with them being canon even their voice actresses wanted bumblebee to be canon.
@@lavilygalaxy4541 Never let your audience or VA write your show
@@Blata32 I feel like the voice actresses/voice actors deserve to choose certain things for their character roles like relationships, I don't think they should be able to choose every single thing for their characters but like if both Blake's and yangs va agreed that they wanted those two to get together in the end and the writers are cool with it and agree to it 🤷🏼♀️ I could see if they didn't agree then that would be a problem. Kinda the same for the audience of the show, your input should be considered but you shouldn't just be able to make decisions on how the show goes ECT. But I don't see nothing wrong with taking in input from your audience.
Try 10 years of slowburn involving emotional bonding, fire-forging, actually being in alignment with Arkos & Renora in being based within elements that make MATURE deep long-lasting relationships.
- Yang in a room of people choosing to approach Blake in order to "expand Ruby's social circle"
- Blake circling around Yang in the forest then choosing to meet eyes with her to make them partners
- v1-2 era behind the scenes vid of hot-mic Arryn asking if she can mention her character and another being lesbian lovers
- Burning the Candle showing their emotional bond growing; Yang being able to reach Blake via understanding/listening/and compromising with her; and even has Yang flirtily offering her first dance to Blake that if her gender were flipped would've 100% been seen by ones like you as what it was flirting. And Blake taking her up on it as romantic in turn.
- Numerous arcs that built them towards each other
- Blake actually honing in on Yang when she's around vs. ignoring Sun's existence unless needed for plot
- Blake & the story itself contrasted Yang against her romantic ex (while Sun was paralleled to the friend that had one-sided feelings for Blake while being overshadowed by another)
- Having Blake's romantic ex referring to Yang as "someone Blake loves" and later jealously yelling "what does she even see in you?!" at her. (especially in contrast to Sun where he's laughed at and referred to as a classmate)
- When info about Blake being in danger is given to both Yang and Sun, YANG goes after her while Sun stays right where he is.
- Yang is everything Adam pretended to be. Strong, kind, compassionate, caring about Blake, and caring about the faunus. Yang also brightens, strengthens, and has returned Blake back to her original cheery flirty self from before Adam. Blake not only is the one that left and returned as well as promised not to up-and-leave again; but also allows Yang to be vulnerable and supports her when she is that helps move her to a healthier place.
- Blake and Yang effortlessly flow together due to their insane natural chemistry that led to them having their combo attack; BS doesn't remotely have that instead each acting as independent actors that from time to time give the other a boost into the air.
- Literally every piece of attached media for RWBY being onboard with and adding their own bit to BB, including Ice Queendom.
Homophobic little shitbags like you love to say that BB'ers were the ones hurling death threats, when in reality not a damn one of you has proof of it; its been directly debunked by the writers themselves stating they aren't going to shift their story to cater to anyone + via the hot-mic Arryn vid that shows it was already planned in the v1-2 era + one of the writers directly stating that Sun was NEVER considered as a long term love interest. In reality they'd have had a far easier way of things by choosing to go with the hetero route, which not only has its own people for but also media is filled with forced hetero alternatives. But instead they chose to stick to what the story built, what fit the characters, and actually give LGBT+ people a gold tier relationship to love.
They made them canon cause that's what was build up over 10 years and fits the characters. Instead of doing a forced hetero option that runs against the things established by Arkos & Renora (mature, deep, emotionally bonded, fire-forged, friends to lovers, slowburn) and betrays the core of the show. The last part involving having a femme main character ignore all the bad traits shown in v4 that say her and Sun aren't good romantically; the lacking of anything between the two, and everything that is there for her w/ Yang to lower herself to being with Sun to "reward the male for being nice/good" in a sexist af hell manner. So no they went the route that actually does what the story has always done, respected its femme characters. Also newsflash it isn't even the first time this rug has been pulled either, since Monty did a similar thing in Haloid. Presenting the idea of Samus x Master Chief, then revealing MC was actually Nicole a femme Spartan that proceeded to get with Samus in a wlw in the end. On top of an interview with the man himself being giddy when talking about LGBT+ in the show and how the characters would be figuring themselves out. Also how relationships LGBT+ or otherwise would need to be earned over time, not rushed out. Which again fits BB & Renora.
Also dipshits like you love talking about viewership, regardless of the fact that its repeatedly proven false by both the status of RWBY being a big money maker; having crossovers with DC's Justice League in comics and now in animated movies; being known across the world and being popular in Japan; etc that runs completely against it.
BB was made canon cause that's the story as its been built up, what makes sense for the characters, what is healthiest for the characters, and because it fits right in-line with Arkos & Renora as showing what romance looks like in RWBY. Your homophobic shitbag ignoring of reality/canon doesn't change that.
10 year, earned, well-built, mature slowburn involving 2 women that have gone through shit together and fallen in love in the process = gold tier. BB is canon, top-tier, and antis can cry harder!
Sun Wukong: 10 years? Ha!
@@Blata32 Um no Sun would actually say the exact same thing, cause he's not a homophobic toxic masculine shitlord. Instead he was what more men should be, a true bro who wanted the best for his bro; which isn't being with him.He knew what was up as did most of the audience that isn't either ignorant or homophobic.
So yeah 10 years as is provable and has been proven repeatedly for years now by ones that actually know the story, characters, and relationships within.
