I have the 86 (I'm 78kg) and completely agree. I have retired my 75L board and have used the Goya One happily with 3.7, 4.2 and 5.0. Nice to be able to cut down on the number of board I carry from 3 to 2.

Some notes: I am 85kg. The conditions were very varied: cross off wave riding, cross shore bump and jump and inshore Loch.

Have you seen surfboard reviews? They run a straight edge across the board to show off the bottom shape. It would be nice to see that on this board. 😉

Thanks for the video Juppster. Sailing in the UK myself, just under 70kg. Would you recommend the 86 or the 95 for a one board quiver? I would normally not hesitate and pick the 86L (based on my body weight) but I have only tried the 95L and it definitely didn’t feel as cumbersome as other 95L (in fact it has the width of many other brands’ 85Ls) and value the ability to use in marginal conditions. I would probably use it in 4.2 to 5.7 weather (covers 95% of the conditions I would be willing to go out in), in mushy south coast conditions.

Hi Francesco, at 70kg the 86 would be the one for you as one board in my opinion, remember I am 84-85kg. I also now have the 115 as my light/ marginal board, review to follow.

Good video. Your audio is a bit low. Thank you 😊
