I can’t wait to see you. I have not been able to wear makeup in 3 + years. I’m 66, I need skin care. I’m so ready to do it all with you. Every makeup, skincare, etc. I tried UNTIL Ifound you on TH-cam has put my eyes on fire. I feel so good about our visit and hopefully will be able to try to feel like a lady again. Dr. D you are so kind, beautiful and knowledgeable and I’m so thankful I found you. See you very soon! ❤️🙏🏼❤️
I have bought the mascara, very happy ! didn't irritate at all, came off gently with a Systane lid wipe and I had no reaction overnight. Thank you for this information.
What about cleansers and moisturizers for folks who have sensitive eyes? My eyes are very sensitive too fragrances, chemicals and who knows what else? Thank you so much for the tips on make-ups.
So I thought it was the eye makeup I was using that caused my eyes to burn soooo bad but I realized it's not the eye makeup it my coverup and powder that is causing the problem and I have no idea what kind of cover-up to get, ugh. Do you have any suggestions on a brand that can help me?
This video is excellent. But you don’t recommend any other line that included concealer, setting powder , eyeshadow. I need to find a makeup that doesn’t irritates me. Thanks ,
Hi doctor! In this video you mention EDTA as harmful, I'm guessing Disodium EDTA. But your problematic ingredient list in one of your updated videos does not mention Disodium EDTA. Should I be avoiding this ingredient if possible or is it okay for the eyes?
Hello! I’d gladly help you, I live in the United States. We should just need to exchange info, I also suffer from dry eyes. I can ship it to you, no need to tip me or anything. I’d gladly help you! You will only need to transfer me the money and I know more importantly trust me that I will send the products to you. This is my main account and it’s not fake. Let me know what you think :)
I don’t like liner on the water line at all for people with dry eye. If you’re going to do it then eyes are the story is a better choice. But the best choice is none.
I can help you! Only thing is to trust me of course (I’m just trying to help people here) I’ve noticed you can’t get the products in the UK. I recently had to buy some drops for my dry eyes in Canada and had someone kind to help me. I wanna do the same thing, help people. So if you want send me a message and I will send you my info, all I have is my word that I’m not a thief or a fake account. Let me know what you think, and no you don’t need to tip me or send me extra money just the money of the products you need and I will order them and them have them ship to you using the postal service
I went to the website to view the products and there are no color options, which leads me to believe black is the only option, which is too harsh for me.
Do you know I there's anything similar in the U.K as this company doesn't deliver worldwide I have extremely dry eyes last few months due to menopause. Thank you for all your helpful information 🙂
I don't think there is an active code right now. I just searched my email and tried using the ones I've had in the past. I can email the owner and get back to you!
Great question! So actually I don't recommend waterproof eyeliner/mascara especially in the case of dryness/allergy. They are more harmful/toxic to the ocular area due to the components/chemicals used AND they're harder to get off meaning you end up really pulling on and scrubbing the eye area which isn't great. I'd recommend mentioning your watering to your doctor, as I'd want to treat the cause of that. It's possible waterproof makeup may actually be making the watering worse long term! Thanks for asking! I may do a video on this in the future!
@@EyeSchoolwithDrD Thank you for this! I'll talk to my Eye Dr about this. I wear waterproof Tarte because of my eye sensitivity and I have noticed my eyes are a bit more sensitive with the Tarte. I switched to the Clinique Waterproof and my eyes are much less sensitive with it on. So, I'd definitely love and appreciate a video about this!
I am so glad you asked! Retinol is toxic to the meibomian glands and I don't like it used around the eyes AT ALL. Here's a couple vids to give you more info. @@EyeSchoolwithDrD Thank you for the information and will definitely take it into consideration. I actually just found a product called "Eyes are the Story" and have ordered it. I'm hoping it helps in some way. When I was 13 years old I developed festoons. One day before school I looked in the mirror and there they were. I am now 46 years old. I have tried so many different creams and facial massages all these years to get rid of them but with no luck. I've considered surgery but it's so expensive and frankly I'm a little scared. Is there anything you can recommend to get rid of the festoons? Please. It's very frustrating, I look old and tired and I'm tired of spending money on so many products hoping that one of them will just work and make them disappear. I've even tried hemorrhoid ointment and cellulite cream with no results. Every time a try a new product I do give it at least 6 months and use both morning and night to give it time to work. I'm just so frustrated now and the older I get, the more pronounced the festoons become. I'd really appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you in advance.
Hello this is K's wife using his name right now. can you help me to know where I can buy that make up kit please. Thank you so much for sharing this and helping us out with dry eyes.
Be Aware of Eyes Are the Story, Do not order from them. Once it leaves their warehouse they don’t care what happens, if it gets lost, late, or disappears it’s on you, not them. Horrible customer service.

There is another brand of eye makeup that has been recently released, developed by an opthamologist called Twenty/Twenty Beauty.
How do you find the ingredients for this brand?
I have it in a word document I can send to you. Email me at drmelaniedenton@gmail.com and I will send you the full list.
Can you buy this makeup at a regular store? And how much does it cost?
Do they have eyeshadows? Couldn’t find any on the website
