Thanks for the review on the Wobbler Sled. I purchased one shortly after watching your video and I received within a few days. I was very impressed with its build quality and coverage. It works beautifully on my small yard. The water droplets imitate a nice afternoon rain shower. Now I can setup this one sprinkler and it covers my entire backyard with ease. No more moving it around to make sure everything is watered (expect the small areas on the side of the house).
Watched this video 2 weeks ago. Bought one for my hubby. We have low water pressure in our neighborhood so he has a collection of about 5-10 sprinkler each summer that fail to cover a broad area. So each watering with the crappy plastic sprinklers or the arcing sprinklers required a lot of moving the sprinkler every 30-45 minutes. This one arrived and he just hooked it up. WOW! The coverage is much better than described, great flow, and it is built to last! Sturdy and cruddy cheap plastic. (Don't cheap out. Get this good "Ron Swanson level" Wobbler sprinkler).
Totally impressed with the rotor sled. Took a minute to get it figured out for my yard without soaking my neighbor and still hitting my corners of the yard. Instead of moving a sprinkler 4-5x to get the yard watered I only set this up, turn it on, and come back when it’s done. Another great recommendation and appreciate the discount code!!
Bout a year now with the powder coated sled and a wobbler head. Kids LOVE it 😄 Sled’s been outside unprotected the entire time, coating looks new, not a single leak and I’m shocked how little water pressure it take for that head to wobble. Great recommendation, shipping and product here, thank you.
Hey Pete, at 1:34 I noticed you pulled the rotor out and pushed it back in. Aren't they supposed to spring back with the help of a spring? I just opened my 5 Lb rotor sprinkler and it doesn't spring back either. Is this ok?
Impact, then rain bird. Just love to hear the sound of it running. It’s about as coming as rain hitting a metal roof. Keep up the videos, and spreading the word and love of the lord.
I got a Big Sprinkler last year and I like that it waters a big area a few feet from the ground instead of rising high in the air and watering the wind. Also I left it outside since last summer and it still looks great, the plastic ones have to be stored inside or they bleach and break apart quick.
How do you keep your grass so green. What do you use for heat stressed lawn because of heat stress. I get a lot of sun from 12Noon-6pm. I get a very short window of shade. 6am-11am. Thoughts?
Back in the early 2000s I tried every sprinkler and even made my own Rainbird rotor sprinkler on a base. It turns out that if you have a rectangular yard, you need to use rectangular sprinklers. Any kind of round or arc type sprinkler always leaves spots that you have to go back and hit again. Since my yards are always rectangular, the best sprinkler for me is an oscillator that sweeps back and forth. Sure it shoots water high in the air, so you have to account for windage, but the coverage is *far* superior to the impact or rotator types of sprinklers.
Are the sprinkler heads interchangeable? Could I buy the rotor sled and buy the wobble head and swap them as needed? I have about 16K square feet and could use the wobble in my backyard and the rotary head in my front yard by my driveway.
Galvanized with impact head. My front lawn is 9,500 sqft. This sprinkler looks like it would be a blessing to get my “water right”. I really appreciate your vids Pete. Keep up the good work and God bless🙌🏻
Folks here have saved their homes during the forest fire season with a well made sprinkler stuck up on their roof. The burning embers that are carried in the wind get snuffed out before they start your place on fire. It should be part of a west coast families emergency kit even if water restrictions make it seem not that useful.
I've been making something identical to these sleds from PVC the past 2 years they work great and cheap to make. I may try that wobble head looks pretty cool
Hey Pete I played it's a fescue grass down here in East Texas it's doing good right now do you think it'll make it through the summer if I water it properly
The powder coated sled with wobble would be an awesome addition to my sprinkler arsenal! I have irrigation lines throughout our yard but the previous homeowner did not blow out the lines before winter, causing blow outs in my valves, and until I can get new valves installed and test the lines, hoses/sprinklers are my go to! Thanks for this awesome review.
The Rainbird 5000 with the powder coated base. This one is nice because if you need a replacement head you can just go buy a new one at the store and it should fit since its just a regular Rainbird irrigation head anyways.
I need the impact. I have large yard in SC and cant afford an irrigation system. I only have 40 psi and a 5/8 meter. 12 GPM maybe.. I cant water my lawn properly..
great stuff i might need to get myself one for my yard over here in australia 3 of the best sprinklers i cant live without and will buy over and over if they break are 1 Holman Dome Sprinkler 2 GARDENA Comfort Aquazoom Sprinkler 3 Holman Solid Metal Travelling Sprinkler
Pete do you know how well linking 2 of these rotor sleds up together would work? Would I lose a ton of pressure? I'd love to see a quick video since you have a couple of them. I have a really long but narrow yard so the ability to link 2 for full coverage would be great!
Hiya Pete! I can't decide. I like both the Wobbler and the Roto sled. For nostalgia, the Impact...as a kid back in the 70's, I always heard them in the summer when ridding around the neighborhood.
I live in Chicago and have horrible water pressure at my spigots. Does these help offset the bad pressure to get more coverage? I have new sod and have been having to move my sprinkler all day long due to poor pressure/coverage. Thanks in advance
I ordered the jumbo with the rainbird falcon rotor head. 110psi static psi, 85ish residual. Dunno how many gpm. But that thing blasts some water. So versatile. Thanks Pete.
Trying to order a jumbo rotorsled and the discount code isn’t working. GCI - Rotorsled, tried with no dash. Tried no space. Tried lowercase. Any help would be 👌🏻.
Thanks for introducing these residential Sleds. With water restrictions here and only having a hose, this looks like itll solve me getting up at 4 am and moving my sprinkler every 30-45 mins. The coverage looks awesome. Impact would be my choice.
I like the impact sprinkler with the galvanized base. Look like some great sprinklers, Pete! Does the wobble head have set screws to restrict the direction of spray or is that one s 360° soraying only? For those with odd shaped yards they might want a sprinkler that they can control the direction of spraying.
Bought one of the rotor heads. I got 60 PSI at the hose end, but I can’t get any kind of distance on my sled unless I go ALLLL the way down to the 3.0 nozzle. The advertised 50’ radius, at 60 PSI is a no go. Anything above a 3.0 nozzle, doesn’t work well
Wobbler head would be nice to try. I have about to 800sqft of new lawn to water. I like the “rain drop” watering you get from the wobbler head. Thanks for the review. Very interesting
Brother pete. Been waiting to hear more info on carbon x. But for the mean time ive been using turf trust. Have you any experience with turf trust products? Id really like to know your opinions cause its all thats offered in my area. Btw galvanized wobler
Got my Big Sprinkler in this week. This thing is a BEAST! I opted for the Rotorsled version and the neighbors were slowing down driving by to get a look at it in action. Thanks for the review and recommendation. I was hoping to use your discount but realized that the bigger one was the only one that qualified. My yard ain’t big enough for that feller. Cheers!

The grandchildren will LOVE that wobble head on a hot July/August afternoon!
Love this man. Could listen to him all day. Always leave feeling a little more lawn smart. Thank you

Impact is always my favorite! Something soothing about hearing them.

The powder coated with the rain bird 5000 is an awesome set up. Need to get me one of those.
I got a Big Sprinkler last year and I like that it waters a big area a few feet from the ground instead of rising high in the air and watering the wind. Also I left it outside since last summer and it still looks great, the plastic ones have to be stored inside or they bleach and break apart quick.
I tried to buy this but your link is broken. Please fix it
The irrigation sprinkler head would suit our application, nicely! Thanks, Pete.
I think I would like the Wobble head. I have a smaller yard and like the way it spreads in all directions at one. Innovative design!!
How do you keep your grass so green. What do you use for heat stressed lawn because of heat stress. I get a lot of sun from 12Noon-6pm. I get a very short window of shade. 6am-11am. Thoughts?

That irrigation head on the powder coated would finally help me get my back yard as nice as my front.
That’s wobble head is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen! Along with that green base. It’s beautiful
Another great video Pete and I would love the powder coated any style of sprinkler head they all look and work great
Are the sprinkler heads interchangeable? Could I buy the rotor sled and buy the wobble head and swap them as needed? I have about 16K square feet and could use the wobble in my backyard and the rotary head in my front yard by my driveway.

On your blue big sled is that a Rainbird Falcon head?
And I see that you pulled the head up with your hand did you remove the spring?
Rotor looks good to me. Have a huge yard. do it all myself. Learned a lot from your channel. Thank you.
Folks here have saved their homes during the forest fire season with a well made sprinkler stuck up on their roof.

I love the look of that wobbler with the galvanized base
Great video! Ended up purchasing the Wobblehead for my yard! Thanks for your research and hard work!
The rotor with powder coated base . These guys make some great sprinklers
Hey Pete I played it's a fescue grass down here in East Texas it's doing good right now do you think it'll make it through the summer if I water it properly
Meant to say I planted some

I like the sprinkler head. I use some sprinkler heads on spikes now, but the sled would make a nice portable addition.
That wobble head looks pretty slick. I think that one would work well in my yard.
What are those plants at the edge of your patio when you were showing how far the wobble head throws water?
I'm always looking for new sprinkler head ideas. For in ground, can you buy the head only without the base? 🐀🐾
I love the sound of an impact sprinkler. I'd want an impact on the smaller (lighter) galvanised sled. Those are some pretty sprinklers!
The powder coated rotor would be awesome! I’ve always wanted to try that style of sprinkler.
The Rainbird 5000 with the powder coated base. This one is nice because if you need a replacement head you can just go buy a new one at the store and it should fit since its just a regular Rainbird irrigation head anyways.
I would go with the powder coated one with the rain bird head. Thanks for all of your great videos. Please help me get my sprinkler head right.
I need the impact. I have large yard in SC and cant afford an irrigation system. I only have 40 psi and a 5/8 meter. 12 GPM maybe.. I cant water my lawn properly..

I think the powder coated base with the rain bird 5000 head would fit my yard/garden the best. Have a great week
Hiya Pete! I can't decide. I like both the Wobbler and the Roto sled. For nostalgia, the Impact...as a kid back in the 70's, I always heard them in the summer when ridding around the neighborhood.
Spent 4 hours today getting the middle school baseball field right! Love the idea of the heavy sled, good looking product.
Thanks for all the great advice you provide for all of us. The roto powder coated sled looks like the best one.
I can't get my hose off of the sprinkler. Any suggestions? I try and turn the hose but the brass fitting just turns with it;
Can you set these to cover shorter distances in circumference?
Yes
That wobble head did a awesome job
This is pretty genius - I may buy one just because I am SICK of my sprinkler system breaking EVERY year I have to replace pipes and heads.
These are awesome! I really like that rain bird irrigation head. That's probably the route I'd go.
What would you recommend for sprinkler heads for in ground irrigation systems with less than 1000sqft lawn?
I would recommend a rotor sprinkler or a spray sprinkler. The Impact and Impulse would be too big for a lawn of your size
Can you please give me the name of the shrub at time 6:15?
Would love to have the powder coated wobble head. I have a small yard. And it looks easier to control.
powder coated, irrigation head for me. thanks Pete, for always looking out for us. much love brother. get your Easter right!
Wobble head looks cool! Thanks for your videos.
I'd love the powder coated sled with the wobbly head. I have about 10,000 sq ft backyard and could use it this summer.
Impact as my first choice and then the rotor and then the wobble head. Galvanized or power coated doesn’t matter to me, they both seem very well made!
I love the wobble head! Didn't expect it to reach so far, just what I need ;)
Thank the lord I came across this, I’ve spent probably $200 bucks on a few sprinklers at tractor supply and Walmart.
Hey Pete,
Love the videos. Would love the Rotor Sled up here in Boston. Got some areas in my yard that the inground sprinklers don’t hit.
Very cool! I think the wobble head or the rain bird would work well in my yard. Love the powder coated option! Very nice looking sleds.
Sprinkler head is number 1 for me, because it quite, can’t be waking my daughter up from her naps
Trying to order a jumbo rotorsled and the discount code isn’t working. GCI - Rotorsled, tried with no dash. Tried no space. Tried lowercase. Any help would be 👌🏻.
I got the discount code to work but it didn’t apply. I ended up paying full price + shipping....
Thanks for introducing these residential Sleds. With water restrictions here and only having a hose, this looks like itll solve me getting up at 4 am and moving my sprinkler every 30-45 mins. The coverage looks awesome. Impact would be my choice.
I'd use the wobble head on the powder coated sled. With a postage stamp yard in Chicago, that's the most useful.
I dig that powder coated sled with the Rain Bird
Stuck between the wobble and rotor head. Loving the powder coating. Could probably use 1 of each for front vs back yard.
Definitely the wobble head with the powder coated sled! 👍🏼 The channel brother! Thanks for the insight and info.
I like the powder coated sled with the the wobble head
I like the impact sprinkler with the galvanized base. Look like some great sprinklers, Pete!
Does the wobble head have set screws to restrict the direction of spray or is that one s 360° soraying only? For those with odd shaped yards they might want a sprinkler that they can control the direction of spraying.
I have two small yards. One is 50' long by 5¹/² wide. The other is 32' by 16'. Which sprinkler would you recommend to me?.
Thank you.
hector castro probably the wobbler
Definitely the impact sprinkler. Love the sound of it clicking along!
Bought one of the rotor heads. I got 60 PSI at the hose end, but I can’t get any kind of distance on my sled unless I go ALLLL the way down to the 3.0 nozzle. The advertised 50’ radius, at 60 PSI is a no go. Anything above a 3.0 nozzle, doesn’t work well
Great video Pete and your yard looks awesome!
I like the impact 1st, wobbler 2nd, hunter 3rd ... either galvanized or powder coated base.
Wobbler sled! Absolutely hooked on your videos. Very informative. Thank you!
I like the rotor, I actually made some pvc sleds last week, but these are of course much more durable.
These are awesome! I want the Wobble head with the powder coated sled!
I am liking the wobble head. Would cover the garden and the lawn! I would like to try it!
I like the galvanized base with the sprinkler head.
Wobbler head would be nice to try. I have about to 800sqft of new lawn to water. I like the “rain drop” watering you get from the wobbler head. Thanks for the review. Very interesting
I like the Rotor and wobbler. Both would fit the needs of my house depending on whether I'm using on my front yards or my long back yard.
What would you need for very small lawns? 550 sqft.
Powder coat and rotor model would be best for our area but it depends on how much area you want to cover
Any idea how long it will take for one of these sprinklers to come? About how long did your order take? Thx!
Jayna S the shipping is pretty quick as far as I know. I got mine in 3-4 days
GCI Turf Services okay that you! I was just hoping it wasn’t a month or anything
powder coated irrigation head is the best option to me and thanks for having the drawing
Brother pete. Been waiting to hear more info on carbon x. But for the mean time ive been using turf trust. Have you any experience with turf trust products? Id really like to know your opinions cause its all thats offered in my area. Btw galvanized wobler
Man, that wobble head would be the ticket for flower garden. How much can the throw be brought down to? Thanks, Sir.
I like the big sprinkle head on the galvanized. It's crazy how you have a kid and start caring about grass. Lol great videos man I enjoy it. #Arkansas
yes sir! that's because you want your kiddos to have a nice, SAFE place to play!
I like the rotor sled. Seems to be the most versatile.
Powder Coat Sled with Rain Bird head, messed with Rain Bird heads so much that I have to love 'em at this point
That wobbler head is pretty dang cool.
Cheers!
Great video Pete! Impacts are my favorite
Nice line up there Pete! The green sprinkler/rotor head would be my choice.
BUMBLEBEE! THOUGHT IT WAS A HUMMINGBIRD,😀THANX PETE
What kind tress do you have back there the green ones
Cryptomeria
