Happy Songkran Day, other nations in ASEAN also play in the water. But I have to admit that Thailand is the best at organizing Songkran. It has become famous all over the world and is so unique that it has been registered as a world heritage site.
Only other is Burma and Laos! The one not mentioned that now is doing is Emulating Thailand because Thailand Globally Popularized it

Song Kran in Thailand is best. It was so much fun❤
5/6 times per year l stay in Thailand, a month each time (never over 180 days py 😏). Wife and son living in BKK. Doing this for over 12y now. Never been able to celebrate Songkran in Thailand 💦 😢 Why? Business related in Europe and due to my son’s birthday in May (which l can never miss of course). Hopefully l will be able to make up for it in the future. Videos like this help to cope 😅

I have been one time in Bkk for songkran. i remember it was entusiastic, crazy but i found it peacefull.

@@globaltravelmatethank you, Spencer says hi back. He just turned 12! Can’t believe it. Anyway we enjoyed this and also the video near the Grand Palace showing other ways it is celebrated. My in laws go to temple and spend time with family. The elders don’t participate in the water fights part but it sure looks fun to the rest of us. Too cold here in Massachusetts for it.
