I am Filipino and i craved for fish and seafood.. i ate it and. my baby was very healthy no issues.. I just can't believe she is going to be 16 ..

In case that happens, in the meantime, this Aussie would love to see more rice paper roll recipes. I absolutely love them and would love to see more than prawns (shrimp), lettuce and noodles! That said, they are my absolute favourite. I'd also love you peanut sauce recipe, that looked superb! So pleased to see Linh being able to enjoy food again. That really is great to see.

Having had two babies of my own ik low mercury seafood is ok to eat but only so many ounces per week like salmon is extremely good for brain development but just so many ounces per week a lot of time youre doctor can go over things like that. Props to you Quang for being loving and patient with youre wife not a lot of people are because they don’t understand what’s going on. In our culture, there are certain things you can’t eat, drink and do. Some still do it, even though is not good for you, the baby/the babies and other things. Also after the lady have baby, still have to be safe and care for her body with a certain food for a month and also can’t enter peoples homes for that month after having baby. Enjoy general, you should know what you shouldn’t do and do when you are a pregnant female the start to the end. Just that every race ethnicity have their own pregnancy beliefs.
