it would be nice if filmora has an option to render only if needed. This feature is called smart render in other video editors. This would preserve the best quality. E.g. when you've not fiddelt around with audio settings and just trimmed your video this would be optimal for audio export (and for video quality also). Because filmora is lacking this feature i recommend free video editor avidemux where you can explicitly define the output as "copy" and you get warned if you use a feature which needs to render the output. But avidemux is only for linear editing of one track, but it can be useful as a first stage to trim your videos which is really fast and precise and can add additional audio tracks for differnt languanges. But its handling is sometimes a little harder...
