As a wizards fan, I’m not worried about Alex Sarr! I even think he has a shot at ROTY!! Besides the terrible efficiency his stat line from that game isn’t bad! 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, and 3 blocks!! And in the other two games he wasn’t that bad!! He needs to attack the basket more instead of shooting threes or from range. Alex Sarr shoots a three when he has a wide open look straight to the basket but I think he will be good when he matures.

I'm gonna give you a hot take: The Warriors Young Core is WAY BETTER than Tier 4. Podz and Kuminga both look like future all-stars. Trayce is excellent as a roleplayer. Moody I think is WAY better than anyone expects but has been stuck behind older players in the rotation. This comes down to Steve Kerr this season.

Okc has a lot of pieces but half of them are ok three and d pieces and Chet and Jalen have one season of good play but not all nba or all defense.

J Dub is better than anyone else’s second guy and a lot of teams best guy and he’s the third option in okc. Wallace looked like a legit 3 and D starter in the playoffs. Not to mention Ousmane Dieng and Nikola Topic have big potential upsides as well. Okc clears and it’s not particularly close right now

I'm gonna give you a hot take: The Warriors Young Core is WAY BETTER than Tier 4. Podz and Kuminga both look like future all-stars. Trayce is excellent as a roleplayer. Moody I think is WAY better than anyone expects but has been stuck behind older players in the rotation. This comes down to Steve Kerr this season.

I totally agree. I'm a warriors fan, so I am biased, but Tracye and Podz are both top ten players from their class. Adding that to Kuminga, who may average 20ppg next season is pretty good
also, there is Quentin Post as well, our 2024 2nd round pick, not sure if he gonna get any minutes this year, but he seemed legit being 7ft tall, with average shooting percentage from the field and three

I realize you said they were interchangeable and recognize how much you’re weighing depth but ranking the wolves last in 1st tier is ridiculous. They have arguably the best young player, all defensive player, sixth man of the year, a top ten pick and a player that should be on the all summer league team as a rookie. Which one of these other cores can even claim two of those things? Sure it’s not 8 players long but at what point is it no longer a core.
Okc has a lot of pieces but half of them are ok three and d pieces and Chet and Jalen have one season of good play but not all nba or all defense.
