The playing field has been levelled on many fronts if you consider the rising middle class but yes unfortunately there are many South Africans who do not have the skills to gain meaningful employment. There are also many who want the benefits of modern society but continue to insist on living in a manner which will not enable them to participate in the economy which supports a modern lifestyle.
