When your Rites of Judgement power is active you leave those barbed wire trials. When the player steps into them they basically become infected until the rescue someone from the cage. You can avoid it by crouching over it or you can just run through it and hope for the best but it does give the killer an audio reveal of where you are.. Also the skill checks for the cage are only for the cage when you reach struggle phase. Hope this helps!

Bere seemed like he had trouble playing the exicutioner so heres a lil guide: if you use the Rites of Judgement and a player goes over them, they will have a barbed wire trail following them, if you down that player, you can send them to the Cage of Atonement but only if they crossed your Rites of Judgement trail, if you are using the Rites of Judgement and then use the Punishment of the Damned that attack can go through walls and baricades, it does as much damage as a weapon attack, hope you see this and it helps :)

Hey bereghodt just in case heres some tips: When playing as pyramid head (The Executioner) when using rites of judgement (when you leave trails behind) when a runner steps on it he will get an effect when downed the killer wilk be able to send them to the cage Which the runners will slowly bleed out And the range version of that, it will do damage to the runners when hit.
Did anyone else internally scream at Bereghost for not realizing that whenever someone steps in the barbed wires....he hears a rapid heartbeat. After he said that it didn't let him know that Valadin stepped in it at the exit😐
you can get the tormented thing off (the barbed wire effect) by rescuing someone in a cage or being rescued from a cage. the only thing it does is leave a trail and give pyramid head the ability to send survivors to cages/execute them.
Just so you know to evade the barbed wire path thingys you can just crouch over them, also you get skill checks whenever you reach second phase in the cage. The second part of the ability is a ranged attack that can hurt other survivors. and i believe you can get rid of the barbed wire effect by getting someone out of the cage?
Ok so Pyramid Head (The Executioner) his ability called the rights of judgement makes him stab his sword into the ground and as you walk around you leave a trail of the barbed wire stuff. When a survivor walks into the trail the survivor is marked for a few seconds and gets a new status effect called torment. While in torment you leave a trail yourself that the killer can use to find you and if you are hit into the dying state the killer can send to to the Cage of atonement. The cage counts as a hook state and when you are on your second state in the cage you must preform skill checks to survive. The torment status effect also allows the killer to kill a survivor even without a Mori if they are on final hook state so when they die as soon as they get hooked. The only way to avoid getting the effect is to crouch walk through the trail. While using the rites of judgment the pyramid head can choose to attack or just cancel ability as to not waste some time with a missed attack. The attack causes some pillars to rise up and hit survivors through walls, pallets, or vaults. So if like what Tyler did and sat on a pallet ready to drop it if you activate your ability you could hit him even if he drops it. There is also a Sound cue to notify a survivor if they are about to attack and also the ground turns red in a line showing where the pillars will appear it’s very short timing so be quick.
