Tears are continuously fallen to my face. I grew up with these people although they are older than I. Every Sunday evenings there was a show of Dolphy, Helen and Panchito and guests. One show was Amalia, another Sunday show was Susan, and many more. It was good funny, musical and masayang at tawanan.
Although I have said that I admired Amalia but I never missed any of Susan’s movies. I did see her at Life’s Theatre on the first day of the show signing autographs. Her mom was there as well.
She had her hair done at the Salon next door to my house or place in Sta Mesa (the jeepney’s sign would say Sta Mesa/San Juan route.
I watched the ‘The Probinsyano’ because of her. She never changed her beauty. Still the same.
I may add: yon mga artista noong ay natural beauties and magandang ang mga heights. Elegante and graciously beautiful. How each and everyone carried themselves‘professional tingnan.
Ngayon, ang mga artista, maliit at pandak ang mga high heels ay todo ang taas. Hindi marunong umarte at maraming mga retoke to look beautiful.

My all time favorite actress! Since I was 7yr old the moment I saw her old pictures that she has a beautiful face and I started to collect her old photos and watched her old movies even I was younger and Rosemarie Sonora as well
I can't stop my tears from falling while watching her.
I love listening to her eulogy. It was full of substance and heartfelt. I was teary eyed that I feel the sincerity, love and wisdom coming from her heart 💜
