Yes, Balti, Ladakh and Purig are the three sisters of Tibetan in Northern Region. And they still speak a Tibetan dialect that is close to the Tibetan spoken in 6th century

Most certainly brother....there are few other Videos in you tube ...shows us first Tibetan grandparents who escaped from Tibet but due to religion background the Tibetan Muslims were send off to Kashmir ...it could be their own decision choosing Kashmir as the most suitable place but I am not sure about that....but what I am very certain is that we Buddhist Tibetans have never considered them as non Tibetan and have never asked for a separate Place to live on ...we have lived so happily and peacfully back then when Tibet was a free country regardless of our faith differences....and we still are Brothers having the same blood .... ... .. ....And same goes to our Buddhist Tibetans who are in more in numbers were send to some parts of Indian state mostly in the South... And since then there has been distance and so much labour and hardship although we were given shelters and some farms to survive on ...if you look at our history about how we survived our life's in Exile I mean our Parents and their parents who first came to India to seek refuge .....and you very well knows it's not an easy thing when your country is taken over by some other country right.....so the stories goes on ...

They are basically talking about the new school that has been built by the Tibetan administration in India and the local Tibetan Youth Congress for the Tibetan Muslims in Kashmir. How they are trying to keep the Tibetan culture alive among the new generation etc. Till date many Kashmiri Tibetan children had to go far away places like Mussoorie, Shimla, south India etc to study in Tibetan schools, which many still do.

Its ironic..... before tibet lost to china, dey r called gya kache(indian muslims). Somehow in exile ppl have started calling tibetan muslim. However wen china occupied tibet they approached the indian embassy and so wer given duly help from indian govt with free pass into India... for generation dey call demselfs kashmiri or indian muslims... people shud watch the old documentaries where dey alwas recognise demselfs as indian... as so dey r all given indian citizenship. Thats y CTA is not liable for dem as they r not refugees like we tibetans in india.. however cta has kept touch wit dem wit little tings it could do. So its not about religion but about ethnicity. Not every traders r becomes citizens of that country, and if thats so den arab oil countries has more indian dan their own ppl in present day. They have alwas called themselfs as indian n kashmiri 1st and so i stand by my ancestors in calling dem their true name gya khachey (indian muslim) as they r known inside tibet... we in exile do not have the right to change the name dey affiliate demselfs with and wat their community are called in tibet... they went to indian embassy while our fathers are workin on road side and labourin in settlements. We are exile refugee but dey are not, so just bcos dey speak tibetan doesnt mean dey r tibetan. Tibetan language r used from baltistan to the upper part of burma.. we define our nationality through our ethnicity and standing together in times of bad days... free tibet

Kache are related to other neighbouring Tibetans like Ladakhi, Purig and Balti, but they can't understand well each other, because the Kaches speak Lhasa dialect while Ladakhi-Balti speak 6th century Tibetan dialect

Dalai Lama is so naive and clueless about the reality on the ground. He is sowing seeds of a big headache for the future Tibet and Tibetans. Leave the Indian Muslims of Tibetan maternal lineage alone. They identify and are happy being Indians or Muslims first. Respect the Muslims but leave them alone. Instead, build a bridge with so far ignored people of Tibetan origin living in the Himalayas from Ladhak to Arunachal Pradesh so that Tibetan culture and language will survive and flourish.

They are Tibetan Muslims in Tibet and have been living there for a very long time. Also, Tibetan Muslims make up approximately only 0.4% population of Tibet and Tibetans stress ethnic ties more than religious ones.

First of all, It called Tibetan not tibetens. So what if they are Muslim. They are Tibetan. They are our brother and sister. Tibetan Muslim has been in Tibet since long back 8/9th century. We have coexist well in harmony together. You need to educate yourself. Religion won’t divide us. We will stand united.

Not new one. Please educate yourself. They are with us since 8th/ 9th century.. since long back. Religions has play smoothly in Tibet before the occupation of China. So I don’t think we will have complications. At end of day what matter is who they are. They are Tibetan.. we are Tibetan. We all share same Home.
