      If there are survivors with perks like tough or evansence do not use you're E until you've commited to hitting someone. You don't wanna be in a situation where you have to waste your ability to hit them. Besides that when you get high stacks like 7-8 you can start lunging towards a vault and it'll kind of outdo the slow you get from vaulting. Basically you m1 to where you vault as soon as or right before you would be in the m1 slow frames and alleivate some of the slow by still progressing through the loop by vaulting. Kind of hard to explain without showing but try doing it on loops that are decently large.

      I think it's to hide the killer's terror light from the survivors to give them less time to react when they appear.
