I’m 28 and was raised in the Pentecostal church. My parents introduced me to hymns and taught me the importance of them. It’s my first time hearing this one and I must say it’s absolutely beautiful. The lyrics are so profound. This a new favorite.

If after truly we have given our hearts to God , His Holy Spirit quickens us in our spirit that we did not do the right thing , we repent and He forgives us ! His unconditional love , the mercy does endure forever and His Grace allows Him to see our faults and forgives us ! No, I do not subscribe to we are still sinner when He died on the cross, it was for all of our sins .

I know it might not count but this family just assembled as in this song, years back held me from committing suicide when I was a babysitter , decided and I had already written letter to my family and were ready to jump in the ocean with no trace to avoid burial burden! A night before I sat and watched the TV for the last night for everything I did that day was (for the last time on earth) so I thought, the next day was a public holiday so everyone was at home to take care of a baby it was my day off as was waiting for the scene to clear so I can jump with no one rescue, the song and the picture of this family came into my mind and found myself weeping I didn't know how but I went back home and no one noticed ,I just reread the letter some weeks ago and now watching them sing I'm speechless humbled and eternally great full to ABBA Father for His unconditional unimaginable I measurable eternal love that saved a wretch like me. Just having teary eyes right now. These songs healed me emotionally when I had an emotionally breakdown in 2015. I would lock my room and listen this song in my notepad and cry. It affirmed on how God loved me. It was really hard for me even to cope with my studies but the love of God surpasses everything. Here I am today. I am fine. The composer of this Hymn, Fred Lehman, was pastor in a little country church in New London , IN before he wrote this song. Lillie Pettay , later Templin was the child and teen organist , my mentor in Church Music, affectionately know to me as Grandma !

The only way that we are still sinners is if we keep on sinning . If after truly we have given our hearts to God , His Holy Spirit quickens us in our spirit that we did not do the right thing , we repent and He forgives us ! His unconditional love , the mercy does endure forever and His Grace allows Him to see our faults and forgives us ! No, I do not subscribe to we are still sinner when He died on the cross, it was for all of our sins .

I know it might not count but this family just assembled as in this song, years back held me from committing suicide when I was a babysitter , decided and I had already written letter to my family and were ready to jump in the ocean with no trace to avoid burial burden! A night before I sat and watched the TV for the last night for everything I did that day was (for the last time on earth) so I thought, the next day was a public holiday so everyone was at home to take care of a baby it was my day off as was waiting for the scene to clear so I can jump with no one rescue, the song and the picture of this family came into my mind and found myself weeping I didn't know how but I went back home and no one noticed ,I just reread the letter some weeks ago and now watching them sing I'm speechless humbled and eternally great full to ABBA Father for His unconditional unimaginable I measurable eternal love that saved a wretch like me. Just having teary eyes right now. These songs healed me emotionally when I had an emotionally breakdown in 2015. I would lock my room and listen this song in my notepad and cry. It affirmed on how God loved me. It was really hard for me even to cope with my studies but the love of God surpasses everything. Here I am today. I am fine. This music has been part of my life, my soul,my everything. It has given me strength and ofcourse unprecedented faith. Oh yes Guy Penrod when he sings, he blows me off. To God be the Glory
