You can do the animation for attacking tower without hitting it by clicking on tower and then keep hitting S to cancel your auto attacks.
I'm amazed how often I watch these videos and think "oh hey this is from a stream I didn't see", only to see my name pop up in twitch chat.

I have been using neeko suport for a while and boy is fun.
Only thing its that ludens screws the wave for your carry. So i prefer the less impressive but more hasty luden

Maybe it was just luck but I bet even without much luck it would be around 70-80%.

Depends on team as well. But Neeko has a very different playstyle. Most people go damage, while they don't have idea how to play her. But you should go more utility with Glacial and supportive items, like Mandate.
And you also don't sit on bot. You should be proactive a lot. Like A LOT. Every time you have a chance, run around river and towards mid. Just your presence and wards can make enemy jungler not gank and midlaner lose CS. I sometimes just go, harass a bit, make midlaner stay under turret for a while and then go back.
And also- you should learn to use your W as more of a dash and shield than decoy. You go into fights, bait our spells, then disappear or use Zhonya. And just by using W as a body shield, you can literally make enemy useless.
In my only experience with support neeko, I came across one of those scripter xeraths that buy a level 30 acc and go wild with scripts

The fact that neeko literally gets i-frames for a split second when she used W is lowkey concerning. You can literally get i-frames every 15 seconds or so
Tbh,they probably just deleted her hitbox and added 2 new one. It just doesn't happen instantaneously which gave her the effect of i-frames
