Life saver video.. I'm in the middle of a ECS Stage 1 clutch & Flywheel for the 02j Transmission. I knew I needed a better grinder, just didn't know where to start. Thank you
Excellent video and great work guys. You failed to mention safety glasses which are much needed when blowing metal particles out but otherwise hats off too you! Great info...i sure miss the old VW Trends tech articles. Thanks again and keep buggin'.
This is great. I've been searching for a video like this for ages. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome!
After grinding my 6 volt tranny, it’s gonna work just fine with a 1835 motor?
Could you recommend a good bit to use like the one you're using in the video
Why can’t you just put the 6V flywheel on the 1600?
Do the gearbox mount studs and bolts in the inside of the housing not catch?
My 12v flywheel fit in my supposed 6v tranny without anything. i grinded tf out of it anyway XD
