I prayed hard for him everyday, stayed with him, and gave him all the love and attention he needed. Now he’s back to serving God and is stronger! God truly loves you na walang kulang. Read the bible and pray every morning and evening. You need a bible believing church and find a pastor who can bible study and also pray for you. You need to surround yourself with warm and loving people like the true children of God. Someday the Lord will give you a soulmate who will always love you. I will also pray for your love life. Di biro ang depression. Tanging gamot lang nyan ay una kausapin mo si God. Surrender all your worries to Him. Humingi ka ng guidance at protection kasi yung evil hihilahin ka nyan sa dark side thru temptations. Tapos, surround yourself with people na may positive outlook sa buhay. Iwasan mo mga toxic/nega na mga tao/sitwasyon kasi yun ang mag titrigger sayo na makaramdam ng galit at lungkot. Yun din ang maguudyok sayo na gumawa ng isang bagay na ikakapahamak mo. Protect your mind, heart and soul all the time by staying away from these kind of people. Tapos mag exercise at diet. Need maging healthy parati. Big help din yun kasi matututo kang mas mahalin at pahalagahan ang sarili mo.
wag nyo sabihin "kulang ka lang sa dasal, kulang ka lang sa god, drama mo lang yan, or nasa isip mo lang yan" sa mga may anxiety/depression/suicidal mentality.... Ang dating kasi nito ay sinisisi sila sa kondisyong hindi naman nila gusto... walang pinipili yang depression. kahit pa maka dyos,mayaman, mahirap, religion,color, race,antas sa lipunan, etc.. i can name rich and famous personalities na nagpakamatay kahit na maka dyos at religious pa pa if you want? I hope we stop stereotyping in certain issues na wala tayo sa posisyon nila, Hindi natin sila maiintindihan hangat d tayo tumatayo sa tinatayuan nila, wag kayo mag compare at mag judge..magkakaiba ang laban ng bawat tao at iba iba coping mechanism ng bawat tao sa buhay.

Di biro ang depression. Tanging gamot lang nyan ay una kausapin mo si God. Surrender all your worries to Him. Humingi ka ng guidance at protection kasi yung evil hihilahin ka nyan sa dark side thru temptations. Tapos, surround yourself with people na may positive outlook sa buhay. Iwasan mo mga toxic/nega na mga tao/sitwasyon kasi yun ang mag titrigger sayo na makaramdam ng galit at lungkot. Yun din ang maguudyok sayo na gumawa ng isang bagay na ikakapahamak mo. Protect your mind, heart and soul all the time by staying away from these kind of people. Tapos mag exercise at diet. Need maging healthy parati. Big help din yun kasi matututo kang mas mahalin at pahalagahan ang sarili mo.

Ang dating kasi nito ay sinisisi sila sa kondisyong hindi naman nila gusto... walang pinipili yang depression. kahit pa maka dyos,mayaman, mahirap, religion,color, race,antas sa lipunan, etc.. i can name rich and famous personalities na nagpakamatay kahit na maka dyos at religious pa pa if you want? I hope we stop stereotyping in certain issues na wala tayo sa posisyon nila, Hindi natin sila maiintindihan hangat d tayo tumatayo sa tinatayuan nila, wag kayo mag compare at mag judge..magkakaiba ang laban ng bawat tao at iba iba coping mechanism ng bawat tao sa buhay.
