RICE KHEER RECIPE | CHAWAL KHEER BNANE KA ASLI TARIKA | SPECIAL TIPS AND TRICKS KHEER PURI 😋🤤😋

Here's an easy recipe to make *Chawal Ki Kheer* in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup rice (any short-grain rice)
2 litter full-fat milk
11/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios, etc.)
A few strands of saffron (optional)
1 tbsp ghee (optional, for extra richness)
Instructions:
1. **Wash the rice**: Rinse the rice under cold water to remove excess starch. This helps the kheer to be creamy and smooth.
2. **Cook the rice**: In a pan, add the rice with 1/4 cup of water. Cook on medium heat until the rice is soft and slightly mushy. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
3. **Add milk**: Once the rice is cooked, pour in the milk and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat to medium and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
4. **Add sugar and flavor**: Stir in the sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron (if using). Cook for 2 more minutes, allowing the sugar to dissolve and the flavors to meld.
5. **Add nuts**: In a separate small pan, heat the ghee (if using) and lightly roast the nuts until golden brown. Add them to the kheer for extra crunch and flavor.
6. **Final Touch**: Let the kheer simmer for another 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Serve warm or chilled, and enjoy your creamy, delicious **Chawal Ki Kheer**!
Tip: For a richer version, you can add a bit of condensed milk too.
