TOUCH US OH LORD...Daniel Rae Costello

Daniel Rae Costello was one of the Pacific Island's most successful singer/songwriter and producer born and raised in Fiji. His mother Jessie Rae was Samoan, Rotuman, and Scottish and his father - Fiji Tourism pioneer Daniel Costello Senior (he also founded the well-known Beachcomber Resort) was Irish.
For the last 10 years, he had been living in Samoa, the homeland of his grandmother Amy Peterson with his wife and 4 daughters.
Daniel was 58 years old when he passed away in Australia (22 July 2019) after a long battle with Cancer.
He is survived by his wife Corrina Gibson-Costello and his five children, leaving behind a legacy of Pacific achievement, having traveled and performed in over 20 countries, recorded over 30 albums, and played over 4,000 gigs. He inspired a generation of young musicians to pursue their dreams.
Costello's music captured many hearts across the Pacific and the world, with strong influences by the Caribbean sound. He released 30 albums throughout a long, influential career.
