I just finished a hand-sewn, embellished vintage flower hankies coverlet. I crocheted the flowers depicted in the prints and attached them, then crocheted a border. It's fabulous. Enjoy your stash!
Jovi, thank you for sharing these pretty handkerchiefs. Years ago, my landlord gave me some hankies. Once upon a time, I placed them under the glass of my coffee table. I've kept them all these years, wanting to do something with them. Now, there is hope for them to see the light of day!
Hello! Thank you so much for coming over! One of the things I love to do with them is turn them into envelopes!!! They are gorgeous. Keep your eyes open for some ideas I have for a journal!
💜Thank you for sharing your hankie haul! I love them all! I inherited some hankies from my Nana when she passed in 1983. I still have them in my top dresser drawer. Several times a year I take the time to adore them. I would like to see what your plans are for them. A long time ago, I saw one pressed out on black velvet and framed. It was beautiful. I will be subscribing.💜
I am glad you like the hankies, so sweet you have some of your Nana's. I will be sure to keep my hankies out...so I will be sure to work with them soon.
Hi Jovi, i will have to say that the daffodils hankie is my favorite! It's one of my favorite flowers alongside wisteria and dandelions. Hope you have a Happy New Year Eve!
Hi Jovi nice find. Love the variety of stitching and trim. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Lorraine! These will be fun to play with!

Looks like a book cover
It's a paperback book cover...to hide the trashy romance book you're reading. My mil had one.
Oh that is great!!!! Well I will be turning it into a journal cover!
