I've made a few cement plant pots so I'm just but a humble beginner. But I've found out that the hot water trick only works in the outside mold. Heat makes plastic expand, gets bigger and it releases the inside, but, if you use it on the inside then the mold expands and you end up having a really hard time getting it out or just breaking it, like it just happened in the video.

PLASTIC BOTTLE TOPS FOR MANY HOLES AND FILLING THE BUCKET USING A FUNNEL TO SAVE ON MESS AND CLEAN UP - GREAT WORK
