After spinal cord injury faced problems

he got t4- t5 spinal cord injured after the surgery he went to rehabilitation center they make him to walk after discharge continue the all exercise and walking independently but last 6 month he is not doing exercise and walking so he got severe spasticity both lower limbs...now he cant walk independently , walking with parallel bar so what this video showed spinal injured person every one should be follow all exercise and standing , walking .
