I actually love the way you took the dark melody and gave it some light at the first half. The piano and synth really did a number, in a good way. And then the ending, nice and chill, with just the right amount of emptiness. Didn't expect a banger to this degree, but bravo!

SIDE CHAINING if I understand it correctly is, a tool that allows interments to share the same speaker. For example, a bass guitar and a kick drum both use a subwoofer for their sound, but the bass guitar is always playing compared to a quick hit on the kick drum. Using a side chain cuts out the bass for a brief moment to allow the kick to use all of the subwoofer. The kick and the bass can technically play at the same time, but proper side-chaining allows the speaker to "breath" and will allow the two to play together clearly.
