for ground units id recommend using lancers with water or cryogen, just 5 of them can carry you up to some T4s
for air, eh, just some meltdows and right on the side, a thorium reactor, a container and a silicon factory. (none have to be powered or being used, these blocks are to attract the air A.I. into going to the meltdowns) energy is pretty good for air and ground!
