i don't like that the point flyer in the first stunt sequence drags her foot around in her 1.5 up....great flexibility though.

Liz C. I know this was 5 years ago but flexibility doesn’t equal good jumps. I was never flexible couldn’t even do a split and I had the best jumps on my team cause of leg muscles that why you practice jumps with ankle weights on
