Very good that Germany requires the individual to learn the language immediately. As long as the individual, no matter where they are from, are qualified, licensed and legal, the individual should be able to work anywhere in the world. Most important is to learn the language of the country they reside, in order to assist the patients and customers effectively. Unfortunately, many such workers are taken advantage of, very long hours, some pay is withheld and push back from some in the community. As well, some individuals come with false medical and work history documents, so proper pre-employment investigation is a must, especially when working with patients or the elderly. Not only visually appealing but also demonstratively intelligent is each of these dedicated and hard working women from a noble nation of Asian people.
Great for Germany, not so great for Vietnam who now have fewer nurses in their health care system. It’s really great to see a success story. Both good for immigrants and the society. But even for Germany, I am sure education and finding motivated students is not easy. I wonder how Germans are feeling against foreign nurses. I remember some patients in the U.S. don’t want to be treated by Asians.
As it has done here in the US bringing nurses for all over the world, Philippines, British, mostly; however, after COVID, many drop out of the profession because Hospital authorities still mandates vaccination. BTW, Doctors have drop out as well which in my humble opinion the only thing they do is write a prescription for the rest of your life increasing the "pills" as you go..

*The international law* is very clear on the South China Sea: - parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including Vietnam 🇻🇳, - the rest of it is the international water, - no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.
Vietnamese 🇻🇳 and Chinese cultures are very close. - Even the Forbidden City, a symbol of Chinese civilization in Beijing, was designed by a kidnapped Vietnamese and built by forced laborers from Vietnam.
I don't see Vietnamese and Chinese people as similar at all. I'm Vietnamese so I know. We Vietnamese people have characteristic and natural double eyelids. While Chinese people (Taiwan, Japan, Korea) do not or if they do, they are very few. Chinese people have eyes typical of East Asian people (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong). So don't say Vietnamese people are like Chinese people. That's nauseating and insulting to us.
Woooow. That’s something very shocking to say and totally unnecessary. It’s only difficult to learn for some people and certain cultures. Here in England it’s quite easy to learn by comparison as it is a language that is so similar to our own in many areas. Literally many other words are simply different versions of our own same words with only slight spelling changes. As a result it is incredibly easy for us to remember some words, even after many years out of practice. The language 30 doesn’t need to be reformed just to make it ‘easier’ for outsiders.

Girls, just work hard and save money. When the time comes you don't feel appreciated anymore or when you don't feel safe, then it's time to move on. The Fillippino nurses are doing well in America, I'm sure you would be welcomed here too.
This is similar to the hundred of thousand of Philippines nurses who migrated to the US over decades to meet the US demands
They also wrecked a lot of families by dating married american men😂
It is the same in the US , massive nursing shortage . In the 70-80s they had to import alot of foreigners to work in nursing. Mostly from the Philippines
And then they stole all the married Yt men and started creating a half filipino colony😂
Youve commented this a number of times now. I'm guessing this happened to you?@n0w0rries
I’m so proud as reading many positive comments here, I would have to say most of us are quiet, hard working, we really want to work.
The question is why we have to resort to external workforce? I
t's good to have them here helping us at our side but what value and working morale do they follow which our own young generation seem to have missed learning....
Vietnam is a beautiful country, the bad thing is their government.
Bad thing is the bad people like you existing
Not government.... This is war with America and China and Campuchia
I am Vietnamese, and nothing bad in our government. We don't need any pity from you btw
What has the Vietnamese government done to you? I’m being serious 🤣🤣
What bad about the Vietnamese government, then? They lifted 90% of people out of poverty in the last 30 years and raised the GDP by 3000%.
Greetings to my Vietnamese friends from a Korean in Germany
German government is really much complicated. Yet they knew they can't walk without the immigrants touch in country's economy but still they're imposing new stricken laws to them.
I really opposed it.
@@ashikulislamprottay9429German dont ask us why we didn't stay at homecountry instead of leaving for Germany but we only feel bad if they tight us. We are just poorer ,so on.
Imao hardworking immigrants like them are paid so little, especially in healthcare, hats off to them! They aren't the ones causing trouble.
Not a single comment is against migration, i believe Germany is not against migration, but they are against certain groups of immigrants.
German have alot of opportunities specially education. If I am German who live in Germany I don't want to be a nurse in Hospital or if I'm a German Nurse I will work in luxembourg or in Switzerland, the salary is way better than salary in Germany. That's what I observed here in Germany.
This is nice... having an Intercultural Coach. Much more easier to learn the work.
I lived in Germany in 80s. I went to university in Berlin
There was a big vietnamese community in Rostock. She would nicely fit in.
"bring her boyfriend from vietnam" damn not only are they more humble and harder working they're also more loyal than western woman...
Not only visually appealing but also demonstratively intelligent is each of these dedicated and hard working women from a noble nation of Asian people.
How do you find slant eyes visually appealing😂
Great for Germany, not so great for Vietnam who now have fewer nurses in their health care system. Same happens in my country Ireland with nurses and doctors coming here from Philippines and other developing countries. A brain drain transfer of assets from the global South to the industrialised North.
actually we have too much
It’s really great to see a success story. Both good for immigrants and the society. But even for Germany, I am sure education and finding motivated students is not easy.
I wonder how Germans are feeling against foreign nurses. I remember some patients in the U.S. don’t want to be treated by Asians.
I’d rather be treated by Asian nurses.
Lao động Việt Nam đủ sức, đủ trình độ làm những công việc trình độ cao tại Đức!
trình độ cao hơi khó đấy. Chân tay thì vừa sức
Chân tay thôi những CV dân họ không làm, cạnh tranh bản địa cực kỳ khó khăn.
There are good immigrants and bad immigrants.
Know the difference.
Many Philippino nurses in the us.
Thi Nigoc Lan Pham studieren Sie und werden Sin eine Ärztin. Sie haben das zeug dazu. Alles Gute!
She is very pretty ❤❤❤
England Nursing Degrees courses diminished NHS needs for Nurses as England Nursing Degrees could earned three times more Salaries in Australia, NZ, Canada and US unless NHS could pay UK trained Nurses the same, NHS must start training Nurses on Apprenticeship scheme again!
You guy's in Germany are lucky to have her!
Indeed and yet they still have the audacity to give you weird looks if your German has a Slavic accent.
@@promeneuzivotu117 slavic ?! .. what are you talking about lol that's Vietnamese.
@@bahaaworld i am talking about the fact that Germans don't like people with Slavic accent.
@@promeneuzivotu117 Which countries have Slavic accent ? Russia and Ukraine?
@@bahaaworld Russia and Ukraine yes but it also includes Romania,Moldova,Croatia,Serbia,Montenegro,Bosnia And Herzegovina,Poland,Latvia,Lithuania,Checkia,Slovenia and Slovakia.
Nice. We need more hardworking Vietnamese women.
The comment regarding the AfD at the end is ridiculous. No one on the right in Germany has anything against Vietnamese people. They are not the ones causing problems here.
Very nice I want my own vietnamese nurse ❤
As someone who’s been living long time in Germany, it’s also quite a concern to me how difficult german people can hardly pronounce vietnamese names, as if there never had been relation between the two countries ever.
zu schnell zu schnell. Bitte sprechen Sie langsam. Danke. Gastarbeiter ist sehr gut. 👍🏼😊
You see at the end of video, her plan is becoming Germany citizen and bring her boyfriend from vietnam. There are lots of jobs in Europe, America, or Australia which local people don't want to do. So these nations will hire workers from other countries, low-life contries from asia to cover jobs. Otherwise, these labours hope they can get money from those jobs, send it to their family or bring their bloodline aboard. You think why the girl on video stick this job, because this job can cover her stay there as well as she can't find another job.
There's always jobs local people are not ready to do, so here we are😅
This what Germany needs not the illegal immigrants!!
Why steal people from their country
For the German people who will have to go to a retirement home at some point ....... learn Vietnamese today so that communication will be easier 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not Funny fact:
Germany rank as 3rd largest economy and yet not even included in Top 10 nations with highest salary for nurses. Like many of us “The Nurses” and i hope she won’t, this great underpaid woman will definitely leave Germany very soon.
I agree we underpay our nurses, but we're not Top 10 nations in terms of GDP per capita, so our salaries for nurses not being in the Top 10 either isn't as shocking as it sounds.
Well countries have problems when they have less tax payers then government workers and/or government subsidized workers since government workers basically pay no tax as they just get paid back by it.
@reaction9109 What do you mean no significance regarding the purpose of life? So you’re telling me it’s ok for the nurses to work underpaid until they die? Do you have any idea how many nurses died during pandemic and they all died broke.. It seems like you’re the one who understands nothing.
@@MaxMustermann-hk2qs Doch! Germany is! And look at Canada they are not even included in Top 10 when it comes to GDP but their nurses are well compensated. It’s just the fact that we value other professions and departments like engineers and IT’s and always least for the ones who’s in healthcare
@@MaxMustermann-hk2qs Doch! Germany is! And look at Canada they are not even included in Top 10 when it comes to GDP but their nurses are well compensated. It’s just the fact that we value other professions/departments like engineers and IT’s and not the healthcare workers especially the nurses.
I wish better jobs for immigrants like her.
I have the same thought like u. Watching her activities is so many, with both machine and taking care of patient's body. But when i read some comments and i see that her job is not appreciated and some osten germans laugh about her language. They have no idea that german society only need workers like her to serve its system which is lower paid for this hard job.
*The international law* is very clear on the South China Sea:
- parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including Vietnam 🇻🇳,
- the rest of it is the international water,
- no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.
Taiwan is just greedy.
Vietnamese 🇻🇳 and Chinese cultures are very close.
- Even the Forbidden City, a symbol of Chinese civilization in Beijing, was designed by a kidnapped Vietnamese and built by forced laborers from Vietnam.
Yeah even China Wall was built by slaves.
Wtf
I don't see Vietnamese and Chinese people as similar at all. I'm Vietnamese so I know. We Vietnamese people have characteristic and natural double eyelids. While Chinese people (Taiwan, Japan, Korea) do not or if they do, they are very few. Chinese people have eyes typical of East Asian people (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong). So don't say Vietnamese people are like Chinese people. That's nauseating and insulting to us.
Vietnamesisches ist Sehr gute Menschen
German is so difficult to learn and easy to forget, Germany should reform the language to make it easier to use.
The language 30 doesn’t need to be reformed just to make it ‘easier’ for outsiders.
that is what filipinos care providers imported from the philippines dominating in the north amerrica market for providing health care for americans and canadians. not vietnamese, it is good thing.
And they cook Pho 😊
