    I froze the screen 3m 13 secs and see it says about reading the literature book between units 1-4, how many lessons is that? How did you plan to put the reading so you finished at the right spot?

    Loved watching this video! This is what I may be using this next year with my 3rd and K. Deciding between this, master books America’s Story, and the good and the beautiful! I do like how colorful and beautiful it is and how you can do as much or as little of the extras as you want.

    How did this go for you guys long term?! I am considering it for our kids for next year, but it looks like so many different materials. I’m wondering if it will hold my kids’ attention or if it will be too much! They’re both early elementary.

    I have homeschooling for a few months now and she is in kindergarten and she don't like sight word or doing work for long periods of time and she don't like to be read to so any help from you will be lovely to have

    • @OneBlessedMess
      @OneBlessedMess  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Implement some fun games, like Sight Word Swat! Have her get up and move around while reading words, or jump from word to word as she reads them outloud. Kindergarteners learn mostly through play so I wouldn't stress too badly about formal school at this point! 😊

    Hello. I hope you and your family are doing well. I thought I would ask you about your experience with ordering TGATB. I have 3 orders right now that say "awaiting fulfillment". I ordered Dec 22nd to Dec 27th. Ordered 1 of the Math 3 sets and several Science kits and Lang arts. All of my past orders have been shipped out in about 5 days and then I would start tracking them through FedEx. Its over 2 weeks out and the orders havent even been filled. Any thought on this? Have you heard other moms with this same problem?

    • @OneBlessedMess
      @OneBlessedMess  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You are not alone, Mama! They've been having shipping issues lately it seems 😔 I've heard of some people getting their orders super quickly while others have been waiting awhile! I think it's a mixture of an influx of sales along with COVID slowing things down!

    We used Notgrass OSSS last year for my 2nd/4th graders! We loved it! My kids liked the songs and the literature is great! We took a break this year and are using Masterbooks and like it too. I like to jump around diff science/history curriculums...I think we will def be jumping back to Notgrass probably next year...It seemed like they only had 1 level for the grade my kids were but they had more upper elementary so we will need it again soon.

    This curriculum looks so wonderful! How is your first grader doing with the content? I will have a second grader and kindergartener, and I want to make sure the youngest still gets a lot out of it. I can’t decide between OSSS or Our 50 States or MFW Adventures in US History 🤩
