It has been appreaciated a lot.. it started with 88lakh in covid times now they’re asking for 1.36 bp for same property that too when possession is in 2025.
Ma'am landing price is 1.56 cr
Posession is still a tricky subject. BBA has dates of 2024 although after that we know OC will take another 3-4 months but if its 2025 it will be a little late then the committed date by the builder. I am referring to A1/2/3 towers.

@@yuktasingh986 yeah now the year is coming as 2025. But still we have all the right to question the builder based on BBA. However what impact it will have is still not known.

Sir there is an option of buying same as sample flat so that's why i showed all the furniture installed
Is it I have a flat in the same society. Even the modular kitchen was not offered by the builder even at an additional cost. Forget about the vanity, chandeliers etc. Wooden flooring the builder is providing in all 3 rooms that's confirmed though.
Sir the interior designer who did all this gave us an option for designing the same and at an additional cost
I never mentioned the builder is providing all this
Please let me know the additional cost as well. Will give me an idea of whom to approach and how much to shell out of my pocket.
