Made in India is calculated based on total materials procured from outside India should be lesser than materials procured within India.
None of the companies will run without external vendor support. Including Apple, R&D might be Apple but Apple doesn't manufacture Displays and batteries.

For lithium battery the charger should be pure DC with CCCV charging.

Nobody is manufacturing Li Ion cells in India. @2:56 he himself admits it. This is only a assembly unit. What they do is procure cells from outside and pack it in different voltages and currents for different applications.

The charging should be CCCV with ripple free ,pure DC. High and low cut off should be as per the data sheet of the battery pack.

Lithium Ion the Cell is the technology ...Both NMC and LFP are Lithium Ion. NMC is Nickel Magnesium Cobalt , LFP is Lithium Iron or Lithium Ferro phosphate , these are various chemistries in the same Lithium Ion only.
