Street BackVac Picking up Litter Demo by Morclean

The BackVac backpack vacuum cleaner opens up a new concept in the way you collect litter or contaminated materials, such as dog faeces. This backpack type vac is the ideal solution to cleaning in the most inaccessible areas.
The new Honda GX25T engine, a new concept in low noise 4-stroke engines, powers this machine. This machine can hold up to 35 litres of street rubbish which is collected through either a 5" or 4" vacuum hose (the 3" vac hose is used for collecting dog faeces). This versatility allows the operator to go literally anywhere and collect rubbish.

What is the purpose of the plastic can at the bottom of the unit AND the soft bag? You obviously need one for debris but why both?
