Wolf has the tools to keep out Luigi well and he has the airspeed too and he can 2 frame and edgeguard him too but Luigi outdamages him by a fair bit he gets out of Wolf combos and Luigi zair and down tilt is super good against Wolfs recovery off stage. Both characters scrap really hard and its one of the few top tier matchups Luigi does fairly well against
