Thank you for the special feature of 55 Water St. It was great to see the action on Stone Street. The beginning was my favorite though. I never get tired of seeing the NYC skyline. I can't wait to ride the NYC Ferry! You are so lucky to live in New York AK. Take care.
Never knew there was a ww2 monument there!! Have a family member that was in the marines and died 1945. Thank you AK for all these walks. Husband and I love watching and we learn so much. You are a great tour guide. Cant wait to be able to visit New York again. Was born in the Bronx at the old Lincoln Hosp.
Wow, the free ride was awesome and the hidden garden is awesome and the view is great. I love the video a lot and learning. Thanks for the time you dedicate yourself your time is great. Thank you action kid
terrific video great narration you are an excellent video tour guide keep up the narrations they are so informative for us subscribers and we learn so much keep narrating your videos and you will be well over two hundred thousand subscribers in no time thanks, russ.
18:52 they halved the density of the tables at stone st. 11:06 I interviewed there too, and I got the job there. The design actually depends on who owns the floor. Those big financial firms who owns multiple floors would put very nice furnishings but some floors are only soso. The sky55 restaurant (to your right when you walked up to the public space) is open to public.
Inspiring East River scenic-NYC-subsidized ferry ride racing under the bellies of the BMW Bridges to Wall St. Hidden "Secret Park" is a discovery. Peaceful walk by Customs House to Battery Park..Clinton Castle and view of SOL from a distance and closing shot is so relaxing and inviting. Hope you get your money back from cancelled SOL visits. Secret site walking revelations are cool.
That was the least crowded I’ve ever seen Stone Street. I never hung out there in the six years I lived in New York, because it was always too crowded. I expect things will go back to normal by September.
Thank you so much for all the videos of New York. I love New York actually i love the US, the only country in the entire world I want to travel to, was there in October 2018, but because of this virus it may be a long time before us Australians will be able to travel there again. Keep up the good work. I really love watching them!
Let me tell you Ken about 55 Water Street, it is my on-the-low hideaway spot too. I have a couple in Manhattan. Well, I had a romantic date back in Summer of 2012 on that lawn. They were doing movies outside on that lawn. I watched a documentary about filmmaking that featured Keanu Reeves. Don't remember the name of it or the company that put on the "movies in the park series". But, the experience of laying on a blanket, with a small picnic, (I had my cold shrimp salad with crackers, yum) watching the buildings light up, while smooching with and staring in the eyes of this handsome man who I thought might be my soul mate was like a MAGICAL gift... 💝 Too bad I had to dump him 🤨 after learning he was secretly still involved with his ex up in the Bronx! Ahh, New York love... 🤪🙃 ...Lol 😆 Thanks AK, love the video, as always from the born and raised Queens gal who moved to the south 4 years ago! #myhometown 💙❤💙
I have trouble watching your 4k videos on my smart tv. I don't know if it's the you tube app or Samsung TV. The video is not smooth. It's like watching still photos. I watch other 4K videos without any problems.
@Peoplewatcher I did. All the youtube videos are set to 4k-highest resolution. They all work fine on other 4kvideos and movies. For some reason the video quality on his 4k videos doesn't convert well. I could watch it in 720 or 1180 without a problem, but not full 4k 2160p. Oh well thanks anyway.
Probably the greatest beginning of a walking video in all of youtube!
my best friend worked at 55 Water Street never knew it was the most populated office building in the city. wow! thanks AK!
I love ❤️ this city 🌃 i can’t wait 😊 to be here
Love that ferry ride...the views are spectacular! There's a quiet vibe in lower Manhattan, but enjoyable to walk around. Thanks for posting, AK!
Adding a 'live' map with your current position in a corner would be awesome! Great videos!

@Peoplewatcher Are you sure you are watching his 4k video's in the 4k mode on your tv? His 4k video's are the only ones I have trouble with.

Hopefully all the businesses will get back to work and pay their leases in that huge building.

Walkin to Chaz
Hey bro, I want to revitalize my podcast in NYC. I wondered if you'd be up to meet or do a co-op vid? I'd be really grateful.
Wow yatch, polluted water
The ferry price is really $15.00 and is subsidized by the taxpayer, that is if they still have any tax payers.
