We are apart of a Wild+Free (there are many across the US) group, and will be joining another group for next semester. Having people alongside you really changes the game! & Know that homeschooling isn't the only way to raise Godly children - I have taken it year by year and asked God what he wants for that year. You can do it!!! Thank you for sharing!
Three years later and this message spoke to me while I enter the calling of motherhood. My mom passed away less than an year ago and having to enter this part of life has been challenging. But I’m so appreciative of the encouragement in this message.

This has been my first daily devotional today. It has been hard to complete as a mom of two year old twins, but the message is what I really needed. I had to become a stay at home mom because daycare cost was too much. I know it's the best thing I can do for my kids, but personally I've felt unfulfilled. I need to understand that this is a small part of my life and that I'll never get these days back and I should find joy in the here and now.

I want to encourage you - I had a friend who felt like the Lord asked her to quit her job to stay home with her two daughters. She LOVED her job and had never wanted to be a SAHM. She was struggling in the beginning and felt similar to you - but we prayed one night and after that she said her heart felt so fulfilled and like it felt like her hearts deepest desire to get to stay home with her daughters. I know the world may tell you you're "just" a stay at home mom - but can I encourage you... it is the greatest ministry we will ever have!!! I'll be praying that your heart would see the value of what you are doing and just like you said, this is precious time that you'll never regret investing into your kids. 🙌🏽🙌🏽 We will never look back and regret spending time with our kids, truly! We're raising up the next generation and they'll be a mighty one at that!!!
this broke me down to tears, i think God was really speaking to me through this. I have been struggling so much with my anxiety and depression surrounding a new job i got that i don't necessarily enjoy and my schooling which i've been questioning on whether i'm studying on the right thing or not for my future career. Some things are still a little fuzzy to me and I'm sure they will be for a while, but i think that as i move forward i can rest in the fact that God will bring me where i need to be

This video was so long ago but it popped up in my feed. I've been going through a heavy loss in my life but my husband and I feel part of this happening is to help us in his callings on our lives. I'm a mother of 4 and that's my calling right now but I know God has another calling for me in the future. I've been thinking about it a lot recently and this video gave me inspiration. Thank ypu so much. Im feeling God tugging me to seek Him for that calling and asking if there is anything I should be doing to prepare myself for it. This was so great. Thank you 😊

When you quoted what you saw on Instagram "don't focus so much on the sacrifice, focus on the reward", that is so true! I say the same thing but differently; "Focus on what you're going TO, not what you're going THROUGH" and in all honesty, this has helped me out SO much when i do do this! God called me to go on a short term mission trip and I've been having 2nd thoughts because I found out too late that I'm mostly going to be building, which is not what I wanted to do. Your devotional has reminded me that I'm not going for myself but to serve however I can, and if building is where God needs me, then I will be joyful in that calling.

We’re expecting triplets this summer and i know giving birth is nothing like what Jesus went through but as terrified as I am of what is going to happen I know it’ll all be worth. I feel like God guided me to this video. I need to focus on the joy after it all. I feel so close to God during labor. Because I literally pray for hours.

I had a strong push to seek out a daily devotional this morning(a practice I don't do currently). I was just a second away from looking up some more stand up comedy(my TH-cam go to) and I typed in daily devotional for women and BOOM your page came up. Again I almost clicked on another page and saw your devotional title and thought, "She gets it," lol. This devotional totally was a blessing. I just got engaged, my semester is kicking my you know what, and I need motivation to focus on what my calling is and on what it's all for. To not focus on my lack of time to study working full-time while in school full-time, but to focus on the goal and to have that determination to finish because God finishes everything that he starts 🙏🙌💓 girl that hit home so hard! So anyway, just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to do this. Looking forward to watching your other videos!

This is my first time seeing one of your videos. I was searching for a daily uplifting message for women, and I clicked this video. Let me tell you, the Lord just spoke to me through you. I've been actively trying to get pregnant for 10 months, but I've wanted to be a mom for a lot longer than that. It's been a very difficult road, these past 10 months. I told my husband last month and I feel like I want to give up. That maybe this just isn't supposed to happen for me. I've been feeling so broken and defeated. But I feel like the Lord showed me this video to tell me not to give up. About half way through this video, and all the way to the end, I was crying and crying. Someone might call this a coincidence, but I don't believe in coincidences. I know the Lord works through people to help other people. I'm so overcome with emotion and a renewed will to continue this journey to motherhood. I'm not going to give up, for the sake of my future children. Everything will happen in His timing and it's a perfect plan. Thank you so much for sharing these words. You don't know how much it has done for me.

This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning.. I'm literally tearing up hearing this. I'm getting ready to go back to Grad School Full time in April while working full-time and being a care-taker for my husband. I'm worried about being able to balance everything but both my husband and I feel peace about this and prayed so much about it.. But I know it will be challenging... So this video was a great encouragement.

When you quoted what you saw on Instagram "don't focus so much on the sacrifice, focus on the reward", that is so true! I say the same thing but differently; "Focus on what you're going TO, not what you're going THROUGH" and in all honesty, this has helped me out SO much when i do do this! Has helped me immensely and still continues to do so!

Aw that's incredible!!! Just continue praying for vision - but remember you can motivate and encourage people ANYWHERE you go! I always try to keep the mindset of, "even if it helped one person, it was worth it!!" and that's really helped in times of discouragement. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!

God called me to go on a short term mission trip and I've been having 2nd thoughts because I found out too late that I'm mostly going to be building, which is not what I wanted to do. Your devotional has reminded me that I'm not going for myself but to serve however I can, and if building is where God needs me, then I will be joyful in that calling.

We’re expecting triplets this summer and i know giving birth is nothing like what Jesus went through but as terrified as I am of what is going to happen I know it’ll all be worth. I feel like God guided me to this video. I need to focus on the joy after it all. I feel so close to God during labor. Because I literally pray for hours.

I had a strong push to seek out a daily devotional this morning(a practice I don't do currently). I was just a second away from looking up some more stand up comedy(my TH-cam go to) and I typed in daily devotional for women and BOOM your page came up. Again I almost clicked on another page and saw your devotional title and thought, "She gets it," lol. This devotional totally was a blessing. I just got engaged, my semester is kicking my you know what, and I need motivation to focus on what my calling is and on what it's all for. To not focus on my lack of time to study working full-time while in school full-time, but to focus on the goal and to have that determination to finish because God finishes everything that he starts 🙏🙌💓 girl that hit home so hard! So anyway, just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to do this. Looking forward to watching your other videos!

This is my first time seeing one of your videos. I was searching for a daily uplifting message for women, and I clicked this video. Let me tell you, the Lord just spoke to me through you. I've been actively trying to get pregnant for 10 months, but I've wanted to be a mom for a lot longer than that. It's been a very difficult road, these past 10 months. I told my husband last month and I feel like I want to give up. That maybe this just isn't supposed to happen for me. I've been feeling so broken and defeated. But I feel like the Lord showed me this video to tell me not to give up. About half way through this video, and all the way to the end, I was crying and crying. Someone might call this a coincidence, but I don't believe in coincidences. I know the Lord works through people to help other people. I'm so overcome with emotion and a renewed will to continue this journey to motherhood. I'm not going to give up, for the sake of my future children. Everything will happen in His timing and it's a perfect plan. Thank you so much for sharing these words. You don't know how much it has done for me.
