They both have a crush on Jacob the popular basket player at Brookhaven High. Tiffany and Loren used to be best friends until they had a falling out. There is an upcoming dance at Brookhaven High and Jacob didn’t ask anyone to the school dance yet. Loren is very tempted to talk to him, but then she sees Tiffany talking to Jacob. She doesn’t think she has a chance with him because Tiffany is so popular. When Tiffany says Loren, she asked her why she was trying to talk to Jacob. Loren told her that she was really hoping that Jacob would ask her to the dance. Tiffany broke out laughing, there is no way he would even look at a nerd. Or will he? Tiffany and Loren will get into a heated argument over Jacob. Tiffany had a crush on Jacob way before Loren.
