the section at 2:38 says
"if the last letter of your favorite color IS the first letter of the color then the first color of that letter that comes to your mind is your oc's base hair color
then your favorite color is the fade or tip color
and if the last letter of your favorite color ISN'T the first letter of the color then pick whichever color you want"
just in case y'all were wondering or weren't sure
the text to speech makes it kinda hard to follow along, but it really isn't that hard to understand when written down :)
edit: and if it still confuses you can try to explain ^^"
basically let's say my fav color is ORANGE, it starts with O and ends with E, so that means it isn't the same, so i'd choose whatever color i'd want for the base hair
another example is if my fav color is AQUA, it starts with A and ends with A, so that means whatever color i think of when i think of the letter 'A' comes to mind i'd use that color (the one I thought of) as the oc's base hair
when thinking of a color for the letter it won't always (or have to) be the same color. so let's say the letter i got was 'A', i didn't really think of anything starting with the letter 'A', i just tried to think of a color and the first one that came to my mind was yellow. so that'd mean i make the oc have a yellow base hair color

Okay let me get this straight:
If ur fav color is green, then u can choose a color starting from G or N as the BASE hair color.
I chose N so nut brown.
And then ur fav color is the TIP or FADE, so green or any other.

If your favorite color is green, which starts with G and ends with N, then you can pick whatever hair color you want for the base hair because the first and last letter arent the same :)
It isnt necessarily between those two colors specifically, and you arent *choosing* between the letters either
The tip/fade MUST be your favorite color though, so yes Green if thats what you chose for your favorite color at the start I guess
( Im not sure whether or not you can use a different favorite color or have to use the same one the entire way through, but I say go ahead and choose through any/all of your favorites when prompted to )

Here's a challenge you can do.
Do you know how most people complain about using too many accessories? Make an OC with all the accessories. I just came up with it earlier ad I thought my OC came out cute. It will be cool to see how others do theirs.
