Halil’s speech is so ironic and hypocritical because he says “ he will take his employees interest into consideration and not victimize any of them” … clearly that does NOT apply to Zeynep… (overworking her all hours of the night and day) and it’s going to get worse (preventing Cemil from helping her lift a heavy bag of fertilizer and he himself not offering either and he will take her in the middle of the night to a remote warehouse where she has to work the rest of the night and all of the day, because of his jealousy against Orhan, but she will think it’s because he knows she helped Orhan escape, which she did, but it was to protect Halil’s butt… and in this warehouse she gets stuck in the freezer and can’t call for help because he took her phone)… as beautiful as this dress and dance was… this speech was so condescending and yet he felt he was being sincere… how rich that 69 episodes or so later he realizes he wronged an innocent and ruined Zeynep’s life due to his misplaced revenge … but here he is the magnanimous businessman (who behind closed doors will throw a young girl to the floor and keep her from her family without batting an eye…
