Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2023: Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade with Hocus Pocus

Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade is always a must-see at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and this year, #WaltDisneyWorld introduced some new magic to the festive cavalcade. Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow are now featured dressed as Winnifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson from #HocusPocus. Ursula the Sea Witch is now crawling her own way along the parade route flanked by Flotsam and Jetsam. Cruella DeVil has found a henchman to drive here along the route in a classic car. And the Queen of Hearts is now surrounded by her army of marching cards! This video, captured on the first party of 2023, also includes the iconic Headless Horseman pre-parade.

I have never had the pleasure to visit Disney during Halloween as I have only been twice in my 45 years. I have promised my mother,70 years old, that we WILL BE ATTENDING next year 100%. Since I showed her TH-cam she is addicted to Disney Tubers!

The lights are much brighter that normal, not sure if I like the lights this bright.

The Halloween parade should add The Nightmare Before Christmas with a dedicated HalloweenTown unit with characters from the movie!

Ursula has returned since 2009, but new looks and her pet eels are with her!
Love the new updates, but I’m gonna miss the laughing hyenas and its nice to have some more villains. Happy early Halloween!

They might debut a new character costume of Scar from The Lion King to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Lion King alongside his hyenas!

I’d love to see some Halloween celebrations added to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom! The Halloween celebrations should’ve been added to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom when Walt Disney World started doing some Halloween events!
