3:44 ME > ME > ME > ME > ME (descending) 5:28 ME > ME > ME > ME > ME (descending) 7:00 ME > ME > ME > ME > MAY (descending) 8:28 ME > ME > ME > ME > YOU (descending)
Perfect, added this to my daily practice!!!:-) I'm always excited when you add something new and you forever stole my heart and now a fan forever when you said "a little somthin', somthin'"! :-==
Hey Jeff, I'm the one that asked about the pain in my throat on your last video. Is this what you meant by dynamic air pressure exercises? You said I was putting too much muscle tension on the vocal fold and that sounds exactly right. I tend to have to squeeze my throat muscles in order to get the sound to come out right. Or I thought I had to do that. I've been doing this video today and so far no pain. Not sure if I should try it higher? And thanks for answering my question!
It's all here on the internet! Or join me for a live event and I can answer your questions and do demonstrations in real time! Once will be coming up in the next few weeks! Jeff

I have a question: Are there any exercises to enhance our breathing and reduce waste of breath?

Thank you for your videos!
Awesome thank you for the lesson!!!
Ironically, I struggle with both glottal attacks and suboptimal cord closure. Will working on one problem make the other worse?
There are too many technical terms involved
Where can I read about them
I need help

Hey Jeff, do you think these exercises will benefit someone who has pre nodules, as part of a rehab routine?
Hard to say. The nodules could be there for a variety of reasons. Best to ask your ENT.
Best!
Jeff
