It is impossible to celebrate the lyrically extravaganza of Wilfy without concern for humanity and poverty that is a message in most of his composition. Wilfy has consistently prioritized the plight of the poor and downtrodden in his nearly five decades of lyrically life serving the konkan cause. Right word for Wilfy uncle is "Yuga purusha". He wrote the new history in konkani music world. Such people take birth once in hundreds of years. I am really blessed to see him, talk to him, work with him and lived in his era. We can experience him through his songs. Words are not enough, only feelings ❤️❤️❤️❤️. He told me when and how he wrote this song, amazing.

Thank you for re-creating late Wilfy Sir's story. I watched and cried as he sat behind the jeep. I was reminded of the feeling of my own father coming back from Bombay or Muscat, after taking so many different modes of transport, finally being able to see his family again.

Perhaps, only a poet of his calibre could beautifully compile it , give apt voices and touch the hearts of every listener of all the ages. His legacy will continue for generations as long as Konkani language flourishes among the Mangaloreans spread across the globe. Kudos to Rebimbus family for bringing out such hidden memoirs with a touching tribute to the great legend which hitherto was known only to their family members and close acquaintances . Looking forward for few more video albums of such touching songs giving a glimpse of background hidden pains and sufferings.
