I don’t think this is an accurate comparison, i know you use data from research pero depende yan kung sang city or region and kung anong industry. You can’t really compare them dahil lang sa data unless you lived in both countries. Kami we are from New Zealand and when we became citizens we moved here in the UK. We can move to Australia as NZ citizens pero we choose England and one of the reason is cheaper housing and cost of living. For example if you’re in Sydney now and just starting your career kaya mo bang bumili ng bahay in 1-2 years? I don’t think so dahil sa sobrang price inflation ng bahay dyan. If you research or watch the news may housing crisis and Australia and as an immigrant if you think about long term goal eh kasama ang magkaroon ng bahay sa goal mo. Now i dont know about Canada im sure it’s expensive nadin pag sa Toronto or Vancouver ka bibili ng bahay kaya as an immigrant or aspiring immigrant palang think about the long term goal. Do you want to rent for the rest of your life or buy your own home, madami din ako kilala dahil napamahal na sila sa area nila when they first moved kahit mahal ang rent or mahal ang bumili ng bahay they stayed renting instead of moving and buying and building their equity. For me move anywhere if opportunity is there to buy your first home then if you have equity and afford mo na sa more expensive areas then move back.
I agree in the part na "you can't compare two things until you experienced it". On somepoint po - he tackled about in general things with research bases and your point is "only long term and housing" and on somehow i can relate po kasi nandito rin po kami sa NZ 🇳🇿 as resident which big deal tlg ang housing and not gonna lie "ITS TOO EXPENSIVE" .
@kcasunxion thanks po sa comment. I would assume po na nagwork or tumira po kayo sa UK before kayo napunta sa New Zealand and nung naging NZ citizen na po kayo, ay bumalik kayo sa UK.
Sa Canada, you live very close to the US. Should your children decide to migrate to the US in the future, it'll be "more viable". They can also come back to Canada if they change their mind. Some who live close to the US border, even work in the US and live in Canada. We migrated to Canada primarily for our children - to give them better opportunities. If we are able to buy a house or not, the most important thing is we provide our children the best means for a better future (i.e. education, better career path, etc.). That's our main goal. NZ, AU, UK, CA are all good countries to live in as long as you are able to achieve your goals and priorities. Priority namin yung studies ng kids, kahit na magtiis sa maliit na bahay and high cost of living, basta't we provide for their education and future.
@rey3107 agree po based on your priorities po talaga and your end-goal, lalo na yung better education for our kids.
International Student in Canada doesn’t guarantee permanent residency. It’s better to land as a permanent resident in Canada than taking backdoor pathways to PR.
Ang galing mo naman boss. EOI then accepted ka kaagad as Permanent resident. You therefore possess a very high academic and professional achievement to get this type of invitation and opportunity to enter Australia as a PR. not everyone get this invitation, only a select few that the government approved of! Congrats! 🥰
Don't be overwhelmed sa "Average Household Income". The figure maybe true but it doesn't represent with what you're earning here in Australia. This represents the more accurate data in terms of household income. Sa Average kasi meron talaga mga high earners at mga low earners then they just average it. But the figure is very achievable basta mag sipag kalang ( double job ) or swerte pag high skilled job mo. Another plus points dito sa australia is yung walang snow ( meron lang particular area na may snow melborne and NSW). Dame ko napapanood na mga pinoy Canadian vlogger na nahihirapan sa snow imagine mag shovel ka ng snow sa roof or sa walkway which is time consuming na while here in Australia quality time na yun sa family. Nice vlog by the way.
I agree. If y"all compare Australia and canada sa snow . Kami dito sa NZ - meron din kami ganyan . North island walang snow , and south island may snow 😂😂 pinili namin sa north🤣🤣

@alf5155 100% agree po, and considering the situation now.

Data mo ay galing sa website. Hence flawed ang topic mo. Nandito ako ako sa Australia. Galing din ako ng Canada last July.
Alin po ang flawed sa topic?
Saan dapat kumuha ng data?
@jamesallan111 ano po specific na data po?
