Fantastic Work! Chess is one of my favorite musicals of all time and just seeing Chess receiving love like this just brings tears to my eyes. I hope one day to see a revival Chess in the states and you bring me one step forward into believing it will happen soon enough. Honestly the stylization of this video is amazing, feels very Paper Mario-Y with that original blend of Murray Head's OG Music Video and with a more Cynical portrayal of Freddie Trumper (I mean he pretty cynical overall but this feels unique). This stylization feels familiar in a different way on the tip of my tongue which I can't remember lol. May you keep on thriving with your works and endeavors in animation and ofc top of the class with this music video. 💜💜💖
@@messupd Well it's called Knight and Pawn and it's on A03 under my pen name, Auburn Red. It's about Freddie having to raise Florence and Anatoly's son after the two get into a car accident. It's obviously incredibly dark and angst-ridden. It also explores flashbacks of Freddie's past with his mother, a time when he ran away and lived on the streets, and the start of his chess career, his fame, downfall, as well as his friendship with Florence and Anatoly.
